中文摘要:自上世纪90年代初,核心能力作为企业发展过程中竞争优势的来源被提出后,“核心能力”逐渐成为企业战略管理理论与管理实践中所探讨的热门话题之一。而在现实中通过对国内外诸多企业的经营轨迹观察后,学者发现,很多已经形成核心能力的企业在面临外界环境变化时都难以将这一竞争优势长远保持下去。是什么因素影响了企业获得持续竞争优势,美国学者伦纳德——巴顿首次提出了“核心刚性”一词,他认为企业的核心刚性是核心竞争力的另一面,影响了企业长期获取竞争优势。随后,企业核心刚性理论得到国内外学者的重点关注,在关于核心刚性的载体、成因、评价体系方面进行了相关研究。本文的研究正是在这一背景下展开的。本文通过回顾国内外关于核心刚性、企业战略资源观及企业竞争优势来源相关理论,将企业核心刚性评价指标中结果变量与影响因素变量相区分的基础上,选取2003年之前我国深沪市信息技术产业上市公司作为样本,利用因子分析对样本企业的核心刚性进行综合评价;并在核心刚性影响因素基础上,提出企业核心员工比率与核心刚性、企业高管年限与核心刚性、企业主要供应商采购比率与核心刚性及主要顾客销售比率与核心刚性四个相关假设,利用多元线性回归方法分析企业核心刚性的间接影响因素。本文实证结果包括:企业核心员工比率与核心刚性相关关系不显著,企业高管年限与核心刚性有着显著的正相关关系,企业主要供应商采购比率与核心刚性相关关系不显著以及主要顾客销售比率与核心刚性两者之间有着显著的正相关关系。最后,本文提出如何超越核心刚性的相关建议,以期望企业可以获取持续竞争优势。 
英文摘要:At the start of the 1990s, it was proposed that core competences were the source of enterprise competitive advantage in the process of enterprises development. Core competences are becoming a hot topic discussed in the theory of enterprise strategic management and management practice. In fact, according to the survey of the operating experience in many enterprises of both native and foreign countries, it was found that when faced with affective changes of environment, many enterprises which had the core competences could not maintain their competitive advantages. What factors that influence the maintenance of enterprises’ sustainable competitive advantage? American scholar--Leonard Barton first proposed the theory “core rigidities” based on the research results of enterprise’s core competences theory by predecessors. He pointed that core rigidities was the other side of enterprise core competences which affected the long-term ability of maintaining competitive advantage. Then, the theory “core rigidities” was paid great attention by the domestic and foreign scholars. They had some related researches on the carrier, origin and evaluation system of the core capacity. Under this background, through reviewing the theories about core competences, strategic resources of enterprises and the source of enterprise competitive advantage, and on the basis of the distinguish between the result variables and influence variables in evaluation indicators of core rigidities, the listed IT companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai Security Exchange Market before 2003 are choosed as test sample to have a comprehensive evaluation of the enterprises’ core rigidities by factor analysis. And then according to the influence variables of the core rigidities, four related assumptions are proposed. They are the backbone staff ratio and core rigidities, the span time of excessive executive and core rigidities, the main suppliers’ purchasing ratio and core rigidities and the main customers’ selling ratio and core rigidities. We try to analyze the indirected influence factors of enterprises core rigidities through the methods of multiple linear regressions. The conclusions of this thesis are: the relationship of the backbone staff ratio and core rigidities is not significant; the relationship of the span time of excessive executive and core rigidities is positive and significant; the relationship of the main suppliers’ purchasing ratio is positive and significant, too; the relationship of core rigidities and the main customers’ selling ratio is not significant. Finally, some related suggestions about how to surpass the core rigidities are proposed. It is hoped that enterprises can achieve enterprises’ sustainable competitive advantages.
