中文摘要:1979年起,新中国的律师制度逐渐恢复。至今,我国律师制度恢复32年以来,经过了从恢复重建到改革发展,律师队伍不断的发展和壮大。30年来,从最初的10个法律顾问处、100余名律师工作者,发展到截止2011上半年,律师事务所1.7万多家,执业律师已达25万多名。律师事务所是律师工作所在的机构,负有教育培养律师,不断提高律师职业道德和业务素质的责任,承担着组织指导律师从事业务工作,不断提高律师社会效益和经济效益的重任。律师事务所还是为在所工作的律师和其他人员对外享受权益和承担义务的法律实体。由此,律师事务所管理的好坏,直接与律师事业的兴衰相关。我国律师事务所的管理正处于从经验主义管理模式到运用科学管理模式转变的过程,虽然律师事务所管理模式多种多样,但是大多数的律师事务所实质上仍由一到两个合伙人来执行着所里的主要职能,掌握着律师事务所的发展前途和命运。律师事务所管理理念的模糊、管理人员的非专业化以及管理体系的缺乏,严重地制约了律师事务所向专业化、规模化、品牌化的可持续发展的方向迈进。本文基于管理创新和竞争优势的基本理论,综合分析了天津Z律师事务所的外部环境因素和内部资源、能力等因素,结合中外律师事务所的发展现状及改革方向,探讨如何对天津Z律师事务所进行管理创新来增强其整体竞争力,找出实现可持续发展道路的途径和方法,对Z律师事务所力求打造专业化、规模化、品牌化的金牌律所无疑是重要的,对其他律师事务所的发展也具有一定的借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:The new Lawyer System of China has been continuously restored since 1979. It has been 32 years for it to be rebuilt and develop forward. During this period, more and more lawyers join this tide of development. Thirty years ago, there were only 10 Legal Services available and approximately 100 lawyers in total. Through the time, till second quarter of 2011, more than 17,000 Law firms and 250,000 certified lawyers make their ways to the market. Every Law Firm is an organization in where lawyers could practice laws. And it shoulders quite some responsibilities, such as, helping to calculate more qualified lawyers, to improve professional ethics of being a lawyer, to organize and guide lawyers of performing laws, and last but not the least, to raise the reputation and social rewards. Moreover, each Law Firm equals to the law entity which will entitle lawyers with the ability of pursuing rights and share the obligations with them. Thus, the management of each law firm and the future prospect of lawyers are closely correlated. The Law Firm management here in China now is standing at the place where the revolution just took place. Converting from experimentalism management mode into scientific management mode is inevitable required by the society. The Law Firm management mode featured in variety, though the majority of them are still holding the fact that one or two partners take the complete control of it on their own heading to their personal aims despite other lawyers’. Lacking of efficient and unprofessional management concept and system, the Law Firm is drastically limited being back on the track to the sustainable development of being specializing, scaling and branding. Platformed on the theories of management innovation and competitive advantages, this thesis is aimed to probe into how to have the management remodeled of Tianjin Z Law Firm by evaluated upon the outer and inner resources to strengthen its competitive ability and feasible method of reaching the sustainable development. The thesis is crucial for helping rebuild Tianjin Z Law Firm into a top one specialized in professional, scaling and branding and so do the other firms.
