中文摘要:现代企业的经营,在竞争激烈的市场经济环境与开放的国际化竞争背景之下,消费者与顾客掌握了主导权,他们永远在选择最好的。因此,现在的企业只有以更好的产品与服务来满足他们的需求,才能战胜竞争对手,成为市场上的领导者。所以,应该是市场的需求与顾客的要求在推动着企业的进步与成就企业的梦想。过去生产型企业是企业经营的主体,但是在文化和经济发展规律的演变过程中,企业转型已是不可避免的现实,尤其是市场型企业将是必要的企业经营的趋势。对现代的企业来说,究竟是要保持传统意义上的工厂还是要发展经济规律演变中的市场,这是一个重要的课题,所有的企业都必须要思考与解决。商业的过程在本质上就是一种公平交换的行为模式,公司的核心目标就是要创造财富与成长,而财富更来自于顾客的满意度。事实上,企业只有充分了解市场,掌握顾客,进而满足顾客的要求,才能获得财富,也才能保持快速而持续的成长。所以,了解与拥有市场,掌握并获得顾客才会有公司赢利与持续发展的动能;也才能吸引一流的员工与一流的股东共同参与,并获得社会尊重的企业价值。企业唯一的出路是经营市场型企业,要再次强调,唯有拥有市场能力的总裁必胜;唯有拥有市场能力的团队必胜;唯有拥有市场能力的产品必胜。 
英文摘要:The modern enterprise operating in a competitive market economy environment and an open international competition context, the consumers and clients to grasp the initiative, they will always choose the best. Therefore, the enterprise now only better products and services to meet their needs, in order to beat the competition to become the market leader. So, should the market demand and customer requirements in promoting dream of progress and achievements of enterprise. Production-oriented enterprises in the past are the main business, but in the evolution of the cultural and economic development law, corporate restructuring is an unavoidable reality, especially market-oriented enterprises will be necessary to the trend of the business. Modern enterprises, how to maintain the traditional sense of the factory or to develop the market in the evolution of the economic laws, which is an important issue to all businesses have to think about and solve. Business process is essentially a fair exchange of behavior patterns, the company's core objective is to create wealth and growth, and wealth from the customer satisfaction. In fact, the only fully understand the market, master the customer and thus meet the requirements of the customer in order to obtain wealth, but also in order to maintain rapid and sustained growth. Therefore, understanding the market has, to master and get customer will have the company profitable and sustainable development of the kinetic energy; in order to attract first-class staff and first-class shareholders participate, and get the community to respect the enterprise value. The only way out of the enterprise business market, to emphasize again that only has the market power of the president win; only has the market power of the team win; only has the market power of the products win.
