| 中文摘要: | 随着改革开放的日益扩大,中国加入WTO,中国的国际化进程日趋迅速。国内的一些建筑施工企业也走出大门,到国际舞台上崭露头角。火电施工企业作为国内相对对立的施工行业,近几年也逐步走出国门,在国际电力工程领域开拓新的市场。由于国际火电项目本身周期较长,专业技术复杂,各种制约因素较多,涉及的国际环境因素影响较大,影响工程进展及最终经济效益的不确定因素具有较大的不可预见性和随即性,使国际火电施工项目存在着较大的风险。因此,对国际火电施工项目风险评估及指标体系研究具有非常重要的意义。我们利用现代项目管理中的风险管理理论,可以很好的分析当前国际火电工程市场的现状和国际火电施工项目所面临的困难,为火电施工企业成功走向国际市场提供指导和借鉴。本文作者借助公司平台,收集了近几年数个国际火电施工项目案例和征求业内专家意见的基础上,结合所在企业实际情况,对国际火电施工项目进行风险管理研究并建立国际火电施工项目风险应对方案流程。本论文引述了项目风险管理的相关理论,分析了国际火电施工市场的特点,在总结以往案例的基础上对国际火电施工项目所面临的风险进行了识别,得到国际火电施工项目风险体系,并以风险发生概率和风险影响后果为指标建立了国际火电施工项目的风险应对方案。本文重点对识别出的国际火电施工项目风险进行了度量,在风险发生概率的定量分析中主要采用了案例分析法和专家调查法,作者收集了国际火电施工项目案例并进行统计分析,得到案例中各类风险发生的概率,再利用专家调查表收集业内专家的意见并进行分析,得出专家预测的各类风险发生概率,再对两者进行加权平均得到国际火电施工项目的风险发生概率;然后,依据专家意见调查表反馈意见对风险的影响后果进行了界定,量化了国际火电施工项目风险因素的影响程度,在量化以上两个指标的基础上最终得到国际火电施工项目的风险等级。在此基础上,建立了国际火电施工项目风险应对方案流程,并制定了应对国际火电施工项目投标、合同签订、项目相关方、项目管理等各种风险应采取的措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the expansion of the reform and opening up, China gained the membership of the WTO, and the internationalization process of of china is also growing rapidly. Some of the domestic construction enterprises are also stepping out and going abroad, making a figure in the international arena. As a relative independence construction industry, thermal power construction enterprise is gradually going abroad in recent years and developing new markets in the international power engineering field. Because of the characteristics of the international thermal power project, such as the long cycle, complicated technology, various restrict factors, international environment impact, the unforeseeable and random uncertain factors affecting the project progress and economic benefits, the international thermal power construction project has the big risk. Therefore, making project risk assessment and index system research for the international thermal power construction projects has important significance. By using the risk management theory of modern project management, we can analyze the current situation of international thermal power construction market and the problems facing by the thermal power construction projects, which will provide guidance and reference for thermal power construction enterprises successfully entering the international market. With the help of the company platform, the author of this thesis collects several cases of international thermal power projects, and on the basis of consulting the comments of domestic experts, combining the actual situation of the company, the author conducts risk study, establishes risk management model and risk handling process for international thermal power constitution projects. This thesis quotes relevant theory of project risk management, analysis the characteristics of international thermal power construction projects, and on the basis of summarizing the past cases, the thesis identifies the risk facing by the international thermal power construction projects, gets the risk system of international thermal power construction projects, and establishes the risk analysis model for international thermal power construction projects by using index of risk occurrence probability and risk effect result. This thesis mainly measures the identified risk of international thermal power construction projects, and mainly adopts cases analysis method and expert investigation method for the quantitative analysis of the risk occurrence probability, the author collects summaries and analysis the cases of international thermal power construction projects, by which the author obtains the occurrence probability of each kind of risk, then the author collects and analysis the expert comments by using expert comments questionnaire form, and from which the author gets the risk occurrence probability predicted by the experts, finally the author reach the risk occurrence probability of international thermal power construction projects by weighted average method. Then, the author defines the risk effect result according to the feedback of expert comments questionnaire, quantifies the affection degree of the risk factors for international thermal power construction projects, and the author finally gets the risk level of international thermal power construction projects on the basis of quantifying the two indexes. After the abovementioned steps, the author establishes risk management model and risk handling process for international thermal power construction projects, and draw up solutions for such kinds of risks of international thermal power construction projects as project bidding, contract signing, relevant parties and project management, etc. | |
