| 中文摘要: | 在现今竞争激烈的环境中,制造商为了要满足自身的需求,必需要与上游供应商发展良好的合作关系,而且也依赖供应商的实时反馈能力。现代有很多的传统制造业采取供应商整合的方式,减少生产流程中的不确定性。而本研究的目的在于探讨A金属伸线机公司基于风险因素下对供应商的选择方法研究。 A金属伸线机公司供应链属于典型的订单拉动式供应链,整条供应链产线拥有很多的不同专业领域的供应商,作为供应链顶端的主要制造商在设计建立及协调整条供应链时,需要分析各专业领域供应商的特性即评估指标。这也是台湾在快速推动金属伸线机产业发展过程中广大制造商实际所面临到的问题。 本文的主要研究如何利用行业价值链分析A金属伸线机公司结构特点,设计和整理出适合其的供应链结构,并根据A金属伸线机公司的供应商管理模式的新变化,来提升供应商的素质、精减供应商数量及规避供应商选择风险等功能。 在研究方法方面。首先,通过对近代供应商选择评估指标体系及相关的研究文献进行了分析,整理了21个供应商选择指标,并设计相关问卷进行供应商选择指标的调查。运用因子分析模型对回收的有效问卷做了处理,建立考虑风险因素的A金属伸线机公司供应商选择指标体系,其该指标体系也是第一个应用在A金属伸线机公司的案例。 在应用研究方面。以A金属伸线机公司的供应商选择评估指标为基准,并通过产业的运营管理数据和定性指标评价获取4家供应商评价指标样本。进而将样本数据输入模型获得供应商选择的决策结果,根据各供应商实际运营状况的比较得出结论:该数据模型在对供应商选择决策中能够真实地反映产业客观的采购信息、同时考虑决策者主观随意偏好。该数据模型对金属伸线机制造业供应商选择决策提供了一种可靠、实用的方法。 最后,本论文提出了一些新的概念,建立了基于风险因素的供应商评价指标方法研究,运用其它领域的理论和方法建立了基于供应商结构评价模型,且设计出线性结构模式进行关联性架构之分析,结果显示制造商实行供应商整合能提升双方的合作关系,且能促进供应商的响应能力,其分析模型也为A金属伸线机公司提供了一个新的思路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's competitive environment, manufacturers which are in order to meet downstream demand will be with the upstream supplier to develop good relations of cooperation, and rely on the supplier of immediate feedback. Modern a lot of traditional manufacturing industries take ways of supplier integration, and reduce the uncertainty in the production process. The purpose of this study investigates the weight evaluation and selects suitable suppliers. The supply chain of metal drawing wire manufacturing is typical supply chains of the orders to pull, and production line of the whole supply chain has a lot of different areas suppliers , the main industries which are as major manufacturer of supply chain design and co-adjust supply chain, and need to evaluate and select the suppliers. In the development process of quickly promoting the metal wire drawing machine industry , this is a problem of what manufacturers face to actually. This thesis proposes some new concepts, establishes structure-based evaluation dimensions for the supply chain, builds a supply chain structure evaluation and according to new changes of the metal wire drawing manufacturing, this thesis supplies management model to improve the quality of supplier ,and reduces the number of suppliers and establishes risk partnerships. In the research methods. Firstly, this thesis analyses the modern supplier evaluation index system and finishes the 21 indicators of supplier selection and design questionnaire survey of the supplier selection indicators. It uses factor analysis model for the recovery of valid questionnaires to deal , and construct a selection index system considering the risk factors for metal wire drawing machine manufacturing supplier, the index system is the first study of the line machine manufacturing supplier evaluation and selection . In applied researchment. Based on supplier selection decision-making of A metal wire drawing machine , the thesis use the index system for the assessment criteria and accord to qualitative indicators to evaluate and select four suppliers. And then the sample data input to model supplier and get the decision-making results, according to the actual operational status of each supplier the paper concluded that: the data model in supplier selection decisions can realistically reflect the industry objective of procurement information and take into account the decision-making subjective random preferences. The data model provides a reliable, practical method to supplier selection decisions of metal wire drawing manufacturing Finally, the thesis presents some new concepts, and establish supplier evaluation methods based on risk factors, the theories and methods can be used in other areas to establish a correlation structure based on the structure of suppliers and evaluation model. The results show that manufacturers implement supplier integration can enhance bilateral cooperation relations and promote the response capacity of the supplier, and provide a new way of suppliers selection . | |
