| 中文摘要: | 我国在步入21世纪以来,社会主义建设的步伐在迅速加快,科学文化教育事业等都在飞速发展,经济发展的速度更是处于世界前列。我国经济的高速发展离不开企业产值的创造,而影响公司价值的因素有很多,如企业的获利能力,环境因素等等,研究公司价值影响因素的文章不胜枚举。然而,就前人的文献研究可以看出,学者对于有形资产与公司价值关系的研究不胜枚举,而对于无形资产与公司价值关系研究的文章却并不多见。 在我国企业的不断发展壮大中,逐步出现了员工满意度的概念,以表示员工对于工作的满意程度,是与顾客满意度相对而言的一种概念。 本文在中国的经济背景下,在文献查阅分析、借鉴国内外理论与实践、综合已有研究成果的基础上,结合中美两国员工在企业中作用的差异,运用中国目前可以获得的数据资料,研究员工满意度与公司价值的关系,并进一步探究员工满意度影响公司价值的途径。 本文的样本选取“中国最佳雇主年度评选获奖名单”2006年至2011年出现在获奖名单中的企业,通过实证分析验证了本文提出的假设,研究结论为员工满意度与公司价值呈现正相关的关系,员工满意度影响公司价值的途径为先影响企业的净利润,进而影响公司价值。本文的研究以期使企业重视无形资产所创造的价值,提高其员工满意度,以进一步提升企业自身的价值。 本文的研究及其结论,对于企业有重要的启示和作用,它可以使企业逐步从重视固定资产转为固定资产与无形资产并重,通过对无形资产的重视,如员工满意度,提高员工满意度,以使企业的价值得到进一步的提升,从而促进我国经济更加井然有序的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Rapid economic development has been shown in the stage of today, following the high speed of the development of the intangible assets. The intangible assets have shown their important effects in the development of the corporations with the rapid economic development. The intangible assets are the special resources of an enterprise, containing huge economic potential in the economic management in the company. The intangible assets are the important pillars of maintaining the survival and development of an enterprise. The fulfillment of the management objectives of an enterprise, the strengthen of the marketing competitiveness, the establishment of the social image, and the financing and the investment, all have a pretty close relationship with the intangible assets. Although the intangible assets have no material patterns, they are the indispensable special resources in the production and management of an enterprise. In the economic activities, a lot of enterprises at home and abroad create huge economic effectiveness using the intangible assets, stepping in a road with sustainable and rapid development. With the acceleration of economic integration process, and the intense competitiveness in the market at home and abroad, the intangible assets are sure to play a more and more important role in the development of an enterprise. Employee Satisfaction is belong to the intangible assets, it is a kind of intangible assets. It is the new concept showing up in the continuing development of the enterprises in our country, it is opposite to the user satisfaction. This article was figured out by the arouse of the above article, and to use it for reference. Thus it chose Chinese economic as the researched economic background, consulting and analyzing the literature, using the theories and practices at home and abroad for reference, and synthesizing the existing research results as the basis, combining the differences between the Chinese employees and the American employees in the enterprises, using our countries’ present available data information, researching the relationship between the employee satisfaction and the firm value. To move forward a single step, this article also explored the way that the employee satisfaction affects the firm value, which is one of the innovation of this article, because the article mentioned above does not set forth the route that employee satisfaction affects the firm value. This article focusing on the relationship between the employee satisfaction and the firm value is in order to make the companies aware of the growing importance of the intangible assets, as the intangible assets have made a lot of values of the companies. And the article hopes that the enterprises will try to improve the employee satisfaction, in order to move forward a single step to improve the value of the enterprises themselves. The research and the results of this article is of great value to the enterprises, it has an important inspiration and an ever more important effect. It can make the companies turning from laying more attention on the fixed assets than the intangible assets to paying equal attention to the fixed assets and the intangible assets, and it can improve the firm value of the companies via improving the value of the intangible assets, such as the employee satisfaction, and as a result, it can promote the development of our countries’ economy, and make the economy develop in order. | |
