| 中文摘要: | 当今世界,随着各门类科学与各种技术的进步,经济发展已全面步入知识经济时代,企业管理也经历了一个由经验管理到科学管理最终过渡到文化管理的过程。企业之间的竞争在逐步由物质领域的硬实力的较量向精神文化领域的软实力的较量方面过渡。先进的企业文化越来越成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,一个组织如果在发展中不注重自身企业文化的建设,不具备符合时代发展的企业精神、企业价值观,那么在激烈的市场竞争中被淘汰只是迟早的事。国有企业作为我国经济发展的重要力量,与其他经济形式相比,有着无可替代的地位和特殊的作用,其经济发展的好坏甚至关系到国计民生。而企业文化无论对于何种所有制企业发展的重要性都已不言自明。本文试图通过对位于山东省济南市的中国重汽集团先进企业文化模式进行分析,找出重汽内外部环境对企业文化成因的影响归纳出重汽的企业文化模式,并以道本管理理论加以提升形成更具先进性的企业文化 ,从而为其他国有企业企业文化建设遇到的困惑和问题提供一个借鉴和研究的方向。论文中以重汽为研究对象,选择其企业文化作为研究主题,系统地梳理了重汽的企业文化体系。在此基础上,本文引入道本管理理论对重汽的企业文化进行了分析,指出了其合乎企业文化之道的可借鉴之处,同时也指出了其需要进一步改进的地方。本文运用新理论分析现实,对于重汽集团的企业文化建设具有现实意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays, with the drastic development of a variety of technology, knowledge-based economy has rooted deeply in the society. Corporation management has been through different phases, from years of experience-oriented management and then scientific management, finally, to culture-oriented management. The competition among enterprises is taking the tide of focusing on more spiritual fields rather than material sides. Thus advanced enterprise culture has been incorporated as one of the most significant core competitive abilities by each enterprise.If one of them would have ignored the importance of building its distinguished culture, spirit and value, sooner it will be eliminated through intense competition with no doubt. As the most indispensable force for economic development here in China, state-owner enterprise featured with an unreplaceable status and function compared to other modes of economy. It is obvious that the economic development has a direct correlation with the living standards which common people concerned the most. Moreover, enterprise culture is the key to all kinds of ownerships company development. By analyzing the advanced enterprise cultural mode of Sinotruk, this thesis is intended to figure out the impacts that the inner and outer atmosphere has brought to its culture and define what exactly is that mode. And the most important is to improve its current culture with Dao-oriented management theories to the most advanced one in order to reference the solving methods to other state-owned enterprises when they are suffering the same awkward situation during the period of building their cultures. Having Sinotruk as researching target and corporate culture as guideline,this thesis lines up the enterprise culture system in a deliberate way. Moreover, Dao-oriented management theories have been applied to help thoroughly analyze the targeted company for its featured corporate culture. Upon this, the thesis clears up the suitable way where the company could learn from and several spots need to be improved hardly. In a word, it is meaningful for facilitating with a series of distinguished theories in this article which could help reshape the corporate culture of Sinotruk with highly feasibility. | |
