| 中文摘要： | 随着中国政府投资体制的改革，代建制模式成为目前政府投资项目管理的主要方式之一。随着代建制在非经营性政府投资项目上的广泛应用，代建制项目在组织管理上也存在不少问题。在当前市场经济条件下，完善和发展代建制项目的组织管理模式，提高代建制项目的经济和社会效益，已成为包括代建企业在内的各项目相关利益主体的迫切需要。 本文采用定性分析和案例研究相结合的方法，对代建制项目的组织管理模式进行了研究。 本文首先对选题的背景和意义、研究的内容和方法进行了介绍；其次对相关理论进行了综述，分析相关理论的发展历程、主要内容和不足；再次对代建制项目及其组织管理的独特性分析，其后对代建制项目运作主体的代建企业自身的组织管理模式进行了研究，然后对代建制项目相关利益主体的织管理模式研究，并以案例企业和项目为例，运用本文的研究方法对其组织管理模式进行了研究，最后引出结论。 在结论中指出了本文的创新点在于紧密结合政府投资的代建制项目组织实施的实际情况，从代建企业的角度对项目的组织管理提出了具体的方法，具有借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要： | The reform of Chinese government investment system makes construction-agent system one of the major manners of government investment project management. At present many problems have been found with the wide application of this system to non-profit government investment projects. In the present market economy, it is necessary for construction-agent enterprises and project benefit concerns develop the organization management model and its economic and social benefits. This thesis makes a detailed study of organization management model of construction-agent system project by means of qualitative analysis and case analysis. The first chapter is a brief introduction to the thesis, which covers its background, meaning, content and methods of study. The second chapter mainly deals with the development, content and disadvantages of relevant theory. The third chapter makes an analysis of the features of construction-agent system project and its management. The fourth chapter makes a study of the organization management model of construction-agent enterprise, the operation main body of construction-agent system project. The fifth chapter focuses on organization management model of project benefit concerns of construction-agent project. The sixth chapter takes the example of relevant enterprises and projects and elaborates on their management model. The seventh chapter is designed to draw a conclusion of what has been discussed. It is pointed out in the last chapter that the creativity of this thesis lies in the fact that specific strategies of project organization management aimed at practical government investment construction-agent system projects are offered from the perspective of construction-agent enterprises, which is enlightening. | |
