中文摘要：	受益于中国外贸经济的快速发展和加入WTO后中国国际货运代理市场的全面开放，外资国际货运代理企业迎来发展的良好机遇，然而也面临着行业竞争过度、企业成本上升等严峻的挑战。面对市场新环境，外资国际货运代理企业实施服务外包战略，将非核心业务外包给本地货运代理企业，从而优化资源配置，增强企业的核心竞争力。因此，研究外资国际货运代理企业在华实施服务外包战略具有非常重要的现实意义。本文通过运用战略管理和服务外包的相关理论和分析方法，分析外资国际货运代理企业在华进一步发展中实施服务外包战略的必要性和合理性，提出企业实施服务外包战略的方式与步骤并指出实施过程中的风险，提出风险控制建议。本文分为六个部分。第一章绪论介绍选题的背景、问题的提出和研究的意义，并提出研究思路和文本框架；第二章简单介绍了本文涉及到的基本概念和基础理论，为文章提供理论支撑；第三章用PEST方法分析了外资国际货运代理企业在华发展面临的政治、经济、社会、技术等外部环境；从全球化程度、市场结构和市场发展趋势等方面对产业环境进行了分析总结并运用五力模型对货运代理行业进行了分析；第四章结合北京康捷空国际货运代理企业实际情况从人力资源、财务状况、物质资源、管理水平、网络资源以及其他关键资源等六个方面分析企业内部资源与能力，并综合分析结果；第五章根据康捷空企业在华发展的宏观环境、产业环境和内部资源与能力的分析，运用SWOT矩阵制定出企业发展战略，并对战略进行分析与选择，得出了服务外包作为企业发展战略的结论；第六章结合康捷空企业现状分析外资国际货运代理企业在华实施服务外包战略的实施以及面临的风险并提出控制风险措施。
英文摘要：	Benefit from the rapid economic development of foreign trade in China and China's accession to the WTO international freight forwarding market opening up, foreign international freight forwarding enterprise have good opportunity to develop, but also faces severe challenges，such as excessive competition in the industry and the rise in the cost of enterprise. Face the new market environment, foreign international freight agent enterprise implement service outsourcing strategy, and outsourcing non-core business to local international freight agent enterprise, so as to optimize the allocation of resources and enhance enterprise's core competitive power. Therefore, the study of foreign international freight agent enterprise 's service outsourcing strategy in China has very important practical significance. Through the application of strategic management and service outsourcing related theory and analysis method, This paper analysis of necessity and rationality that foreign international freight agency enterprises in China implementation service outsourcing strategic in further developing，put forward risk that enterprise implementation of the strategy of service outsourcing, proposed Suggestions to control the risk. This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter introduces the background of the subject, the introduction of the problem put forward and the implications of the research, and put forward the thinking and text frame; The second chapter briefly introduces the basic concept and basic theory involved in this paper , and provide theoretical support for the article; The third chapter analysis of the macro environment of factors by PEST method that foreign capital international freight agent enterprise research in China is facing from policy, law and economic aspects, and analyzes the influence of the development of the enterprise; also make analysis from globalization, market structure and market development trend in the research of Chinese international freight forwarding industry environment, and use of five competitive forces analysis method of the threat from the potential competitors, existing competitors, the competition between buyer bargaining power, suppliers bargaining power and substitute threat analysis five aspects; Chapter fourth analysis enterprise internal resources and ability from human resources, financial status, and material resources, management level, the network resources and other key resources, and comprehensive analysis results; According to the foreign capital international freight agent enterprise in China facing the macro environment of industry environment, and internal resources and ability of analysis, The Fifth Chapter use SWOT work out Expeditors development strategy, analysis and choose strategy; Chapter 6 analysis of service outsourcing progress ，process management and the risks during foreign capital international freight agent enterprise in China implementation service outsourcing strategy and puts forward the control measures of risk.
