| 中文摘要: | 全世界对机械加工行业一直非常重视,切削刀具行业作为机械加工业中的高精度加工之部分在过去的二三十多年发展中逐渐成为了地区经济发展的重要产业,而切削刀具企业便是其中的主要细胞。随着政策的逐步放宽和市场的逐渐开放,台湾地区切削刀具企业得到蓬勃发展。但是,在市场竞争不断加剧和行业标准不断提升的情况下,中小型切削刀具企业面临着从粗放式发展向精细化发展的转变,制定企业的长远发展战略就显得非常重要。台湾爱科讯实业有限公司(以下简称APT公司)作为经营多年的切削刀具企业一直没有制定明确详细的战略规划,在受到外界宏观环境和市场行业环境影响的情况下出现了各种经营问题,利润出现了下滑甚至影响市场占有率的局面。本文在理论整理的基础上,对APT公司的发展历程和目前经营中存在的问题进行了总结。利用企业战略环境理论、行业竞争结构理论以及企业战略层次理论对APT公司所处的内部外部经营环境、行业地位以及APT公司当前经营过程中具备的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等方面进行了整理。在对APT公司经营现状和经营环境分析的基础上,本文从经营战略制定的指导思想和原则以及经营战略制定的定位和目标几个方面总结了APT公司目前制定经营战略的前提条件,并从成本领先战略、差异化战略、目标集中战略和国际化战略四个方面总结了APT公司当前经营战略制定的重点。最后,本文提出了APT公司经营战略制定的实施过程和保障措施,其中战略制定过程包括战略发动阶段、战略计划阶段、战略运作阶段和战略控制阶段;战略保障措施主要包括企业文化、组织制度、人力资源、销售管道和风险控制五个方面。最后,提出了论文的结论和总结。论文从内外部环境两个方面剖析了APT公司的经营现状并提出战略规划措施。在理论上,该思路是对现有企业经营战略研究的一种改进,使这类研究根植于企业所处的内外部环境,更符合公司的现实需求。从实际意义上来看,本文以APT公司的经营战略为典型案例,通过对其内部经营问题和外部经营环境及机遇的分析,提出针对APT公司的经营战略规划和建议,使APT公司的经营战略具体化,更符合公司今后的发展需要,有利于公司竞争力的提升,同时对其他中小型切削刀具企业也具有借鉴意义。 | |

Cutting tool industry is becoming an important industry of the region's economic development over the past twenty or thirty years developing as part of high-precision end machining.
