| 中文摘要: | 随着信息环境的不断变化,高校图书馆的服务方式也顺应形势发生了巨大的变化。从表面上看,用户对图书馆物理实体的要求在减弱,到馆获取信息的需求在减少,但在实质上却要求图书馆在服务的涉及面和服务的深度上要不断的进行延伸拓展。传统的“坐等用户上门”的服务模式,已无法满足用户的信息需求。而另一种适应当代图书馆发展的用户服务模式—主动服务模式正在蓬勃兴起。高校图书馆所开展的学科服务就是这种主动服务模式的代表,反映了信息时代图书馆顺应用户的需求变化的趋势。 本文基于改善高校图书馆学科服务质量的目的,通过总结前人的研究成果,专家访谈,以及对学科馆员的问卷调查,从学科馆员,图书馆和服务对象三个层面,分析了高校图书馆学科服务质量的影响因素,并通过统计分析法中的因子分析,对所提出的影响因素进行了数据上的验证。针对上述影响因素,提出高校图书馆学科服务质量的改进建议。全文共分为六章,采用了文献调查法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法。 本文的研究内容主要包括学科服务的理论和实践现状,这是本文第一、二章的内容。第三、四章为学科服务质量影响因素的具体分析,包括提出和数据验证,在数据验证过程中,采用了因子分析方法,从学科馆员、图书馆和服务对象三个层面共提出了30个影响因素,运用主成分分析法,提取了8个公因子,这8个公因子概括了30个影响因素中26个,有4个影响因素作用不明显。第五章根据前面的研究内容,提出改进服务质量的对策建议。第六章是研究结论和研究展望。本文的出的研究结论包括三个方面,一是高校图书馆学科服务水平不高,需要理论上的研究指导。二是高校图书馆学科服务涉及学科馆员、图书馆和学科用户,学科服务质量的影响因素也可从上述三个层面划分。三是改善高校图书馆学科服务质量,需要从学科馆员、图书馆和学科用户三个方面进行努力。 本文的创新点主要如下:一、通过文献调查,专家访谈和问卷调查,了解影响图书馆学科服务质量的因素,从学科馆员自身、图书馆、服务对象等方面构建高校图书馆学科服务质量的影响因素体系,并从学科馆员的角度进行数据收集,对这些影响因素进行了数据上的分析验证。二、提出了改善高校图书馆学科服务质量的对策建议。以影响因素为基础,从学科馆员、图书馆和学科用户三个层面,提出了对策保障。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the changing of information environment, the service methods of the University Library changed dramatically conforming to the situation. On the surface, the users’ requirements to the library physical entity are in the weakened, the demand to the library to access information are in reducing, but, in essence, it is asking the library to continue to expand the extension and depth of services. The service model “waiting for user home” has been unable to meet the information needs of the user. And another library user mode that adapt to the contemporary - active service mode is booming. The subject service carried out by the University Library represents the service mode, it reflects the library trend of the information age which conform to the changing needs of users. Based on the purposes of improving the service quality of university library science, this article summarizes the results of previous studies, expert interviews, as well as survey of the subject librarian, from the three levels of the subject librarian, library and service object, have an analysis of influencing factors of subject service quality of University, and through factor analysis, have a data validation on the affecting factors. According to the above factors, suggestions for improvement of the subject service quality of the University Library have been giving. The full text is divided into six chapter, the research methods include a literature survey, expert interviews and questionnaires. This study mainly includes the status quo of theory and practice of the discipline service, which is the content of first two chapters. The third and forth chapters are the factors analysis of subject service, including the proposed and data validation, data validation process, factor analysis, a total of 30 influencing factors from three levels of the subject librarian, libraries, and service objects have been proposed, using the principal component analysis to extract 8 common factors, 8 common factor summarizes 26 of the 30 influencing factors, there are four influencing factors is not obvious. Chapter five based on previous research, put forward suggestions to improve the quality of service. The sixth chapter is the research conclusions and outlook. This article's conclusions of the study consists of three aspects, one is the university library science service level is not high, need theoretical guidance. The second is University Library disciplines service involved in the services librarian, library and academic users, so disciplines influencing factors of quality of service can also be divided from the above three levels. The third is to improve the quality of discipline service of university library, it needs the efforts from the three aspects of the subject librarian, library and academic users. Innovation of this paper is as follows: First, a literature survey, expert interviews and questionnaires to understand the factors that affect the quality of discipline service of library science. Building the impact factor system of university library science from the aspects of subject librarian, library, service objects, and collect date from the point of view of the subject librarian, make data analysis validation of these factors. Second, put forward suggestions to improve the quality of discipline service of university library science. Based on the influencing factors, from the three levels of subject librarian, libraries and academic users to take the counter measures. | |
