中文摘要：	中国乐凯胶片集团公司是我国信息化学品制造行业中现有规模最大的企业。信息化学品制造涵盖的范围比较广泛，横跨化工、电子等多个领域，属于比较特殊的行业，在国民经济的发展中起着重要的作用。相对国际知名的信息化学行业的巨头，国内的信息化学品制造企业无论在规模、技术实力等硬件，还是在人才引进、企业管理方面都存在着较大的差距。对中国乐凯胶片集团公司而言，作为其市场主打产品的传统感光材料面临数码产品的冲击，市场份额急剧下滑，面临着生存和发展的双重考验。在对目前面临的市场和产业环境做出认真分析的基础上，明确企业的战略定位并加快战略转型已经刻不容缓。 财务战略作为企业的职能战略之一，服务于并服从于企业的整体战略。对乐凯集团财务战略管理中存在的问题进行探讨和研究是十分必要的，本文力图通过作者对于企业的认知，广泛搜集资料，对企业面临的财务战略问题进行深入的剖析，构建企业的财务战略，以期能够对财务管理的改进优化有所帮助。 本文根据现代企业战略管理、财务管理领域的最新研究成果，采取实证分析与规范分析相结合的方法研究了中国乐凯胶片集团公司面临严峻的市场竞争背景下的财务战略管理问题。 本文首先回顾了企业财务战略的一般理论、财务战略和企业总体战略的关系、基于企业价值创造的财务战略理论、财务战略的发展演进阶段等，提出了财务战略研究的逻辑框架，明确了财务战略的主要内容包括投资、筹资和分配三部分主要内容，作为本文的研究基础。通过对中国乐凯胶片集团公司总体发展战略进行了分析。然后按照战略管理研究的一般思路，首先进行了财务战略的内外部环境分析，明确了中国乐凯胶片集团公司开展财务战略管理的外部的机会和威胁，以及内部自身的优势和劣势。接下来本文对中国乐凯胶片集团公司近年来的财务战略实践进行了分析，基于此，提出了中国乐凯胶片集团公司的财务战略构建思路。最后是财务战略的实施保障措施和评价体系。
英文摘要：	China Lucky Film Corporation is the existing largest enterprise in Information Chemical Manufacturing Industry in China． Information chemical manufacturing covers a wide range, including the chemical industry, electronics, and other fields． Information chemical manufacturing is a rather special industry, which plays an important role in the development of the national economy． Compared with the internationally renowned chemical industry giants, the domestic information chemical manufacturing enterprises lag far behind regardless of size, technological strength, etc．, or in the introduction of talent and enterprise management． As its flagship product, the traditional market photosensitive materials of the Lucky Group are facing the impact of digital products, and market share fell sharply, which makes the Lucky Group faced with double challenges both for survival and for development． On the basis of careful analysis made in the face of the current market and industry environment, to make a clear strategic company positioning and speed up strategic transformation has been brooking no delay． As one of the function strategies of the company, Financial Strategy serves and is subjected to the overall company strategy． It is extremely necessary to discuss and research the problems existing in the financial management of the Lucky Group． Based on the author’s comprehension of the company and by gathering information widely, this dissertation tries to gives a thorough analysis to the Financial Strategy faced by the company and set up the Financial Strategy of the company, with a view to help the Lucky Group to improve the strategic financial management． Based on the modern enterprise strategic management and the latest research results in the financial management areas, this dissertation researches the financial strategy management issues of the China Lucky Film Corporation facing severe competition in the market by combining integrates Empirical Analysis with normative analysis． Firstly This dissertation reviews the relationship of general theory, the overall financial strategy and corporate strategy of the enterprise's financial strategy, the financial strategy theory based on the enterprise's financial value creation, and the development of financial strategies evolution stage, etc．． This dissertation put forward the logical framework to study the financial strategies and gives a clear description of three main elements including investment, financing and distribution in the main financial strategy, which is the basis of this study． By analyzing the overall development strategy of the Lucky Group, it quickly cut into the theme of the Financial Strategic Studies． In accordance with the general study on strategic management thinking, first of all, it gives a strategic financial analysis of the internal and external environment, defines the Finance strategic management of the external opportunities and threats in China Lucky Film Corporation, as well as its own internal advantages and disadvantages． In this dissertation, China Lucky Film Group's financial strategy practice in recent years is then analyzed, based on this point, this dissertation puts forward the building ideas of China Lucky Film Group's financial strategy． Finally, there is the implementation of the strategy of financial protection measures and evaluation system．
