中文摘要：	随着高校数字化进程不断推进，Web技术及数据库技术高速发展，高校特色数据库建设发展也不断加快，众多研究表明目前高校特色数据库的建设已初具规模，注重地域特色，数据来源及选题多样，但同时亦存在着特色数据库忽略用户需求，用户参与度较低；更新及挖掘较延缓，资源时效性较差；资源无法共享共建，资源利用率较低；数据库宣传力度较弱，各级领导及用户关注较低等缺点。其次，提出高校特色数据库的研究内容，特色数据库的定义，高校特色数据库的建设原则，高校特色数据库的构建途径及方式，Lib2.0的用户参与理念及技术运用现状。 本论文从高校特色数据库建设的经济必要性、信息资源共享必要性、信息资源时效必要性及管理必要性和可行性方面做出论证。接着，通过对天津大学特色数据库作案例分析，并利用专家访谈法和问卷调查法，进一步从专家角度和用户角度分析高校特色数据库的高校特色数据库的功能模块设计，并归纳识别高校用户的对相关技术接受程度、需求程度、期望实现程度。在前几章的基础之上，基于调查分析结果，明确高校特色数据库建设的角色，得出了基于用户参与理念的高校特色数据库建设开发的功能模式。其中包括用户参与的信息采集与加工，用户参与的信息发布与相互传递，用户参与的信息参考咨询服务，数据库的管理与维护，数据库的推广与宣传各个功能模式。最后，本论文论述了基于的用户参与理念及相关技术的高校特色数据库建设为我国高校图书馆的数字化建设提供了提供了经济便捷、资源高度共享、用户资源充分开发新的途径与桥梁。又提出本论文因现阶段被调查特色数据库已处于结项完结时期，上级及用户关注降低，而导致访谈调查及用户问卷调查结果存在一定偏差的不足之处，及今后基于本论文研究结果，进一步结合Web3.0注重用户商业性的理念与技术的研究展望。
英文摘要：	Along the development of featured databases in universities is speeding up the characteristic databases development of colleges and universities. Also, many studies show that at present the featured databases of universities have already formed an initial scale., This kind of database focuses on the regional characteristics, and owns diverse data sources and issues. However, at the same time these databases present several disadvantages. They would ignore users’ needs and few users would like to participate in utilizing these databases. Collections cannot be updated in time and data mining also delays sometimes. All resources cannot be shared and built up by users, and patrons have not made full use of the featured databases. Besides, due to the lack of advertisement or promotion for these databases, leaders at various levels and users pay less attention to them. In addition, the dissertation will propose the research content on the featured databases in universities, define the concept of them, and discuss the rules of developing the featured databases as well as the approaches and channels to establish them. The ideas of Lib2.0 users and the current situation about the application of Lib2.0 technique, as well as the methodology and possible innovation will also be included in this article. This dissertation demonstrates the economic necessity of developing universities featured databases, the necessity of sharing information resources, the necessity of keeping information sensitive about time as well as the management necessity and feasibility. Next, according to conduct the case study on the featured database in Tianjing University, with the methodologies of expert interviews and surveys, we will analyze the function design of the university featured database from the view of experts and users. And also we identify and generalize that to what extent university users could accept, desire and anticipate the relevant technologies. Furthermore, based on the first few chapters and the results from the survey, in the premise of clarifying the roles the featured databases in universities build up, it will make sure the function mode of the university featured database on the Lib2.0. To specify, it includes the information collection and production, information dissemination and publishing with user-participation. It also involves the database management and maintenance, including data updating, intelligence property and advanced information service, as well as promoting each function mode of database. Finally, this dissertation argues that the development of featured databases in universities based on ideas and technologies of Lib2.0, will provide new channels and approaches to completely sharing information and exploring resources for digitalization of university libraries in China. Besides, this dissertation points out that the results from interviews and surveys do not perfectly match what it estimated before the research, and analyzes the possible reasons that the database is at the end of the project so leaders and users has already distract their concentration from it. Standing on the conclusion of this study; in future, combining with Web3.0 we plan to focus on research expectations on ideas and technologies of commercial users.
