中文摘要:我国的MBA教育是顺应市场经济发展的产物,自1991年开班至今,已经走过了20年的发展历程,取得了长足的进步,但与欧美的MBA教育相比,我国的MBA项目还存在着较大的差距。社会对MBA的认知也由最初的狂热到理性的接纳,在认可了管理知识比较全面的同时,也指出了部分MBA毕业生眼高手低的通病。那么MBA应该遵循什么样的培养理念,开发什么样的培养模式,才能真正满足企业对人才的需要,符合市场的需求,已经成为我国MBA项目的关键问题。本论文采用文献分析的方法,对国内外有关MBA培养模式的相关文献进行研究,从入学条件、培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、质量评估与认证五个方面分别介绍了我国与欧美的MBA培养模式,并我国现阶段MBA的培养模式与欧美之间存在的差距。并以A大学为例,通过问卷调查的方式,对A大学MBA培养模式现状进行了较为深入的研究与分析,提出相应的优化方案和保障对策。本论文以职业发展为出发点,以MBA应“培养什么样的人”,要“培养成什么样”,以及“怎么培养”为主线,通过招生改革、教学模式创新、职业生涯发展开发等多种手段,对MBA的培养模式进行优化.从利益出发,将MBA培养单位、MBA学员及用人单位三者有机的结合起来、找到各自的目标与利益间的契合点,组成可以协调互动、动态创新的利益共同体,共同应对动态的市场环境。 
英文摘要:MBA education is the product of market economy, since 1991, our MBA education has passed more than 20 years and has scored some successes, but compared with Europe and American MBA training pattern, there is a certain gap. The attitude of cognitive MBA become more rational, one side, people recognize MBA students have the proven comprehensive knowledge of management, and the other side, some MBA’s are pointed out that have grandiose aims but puny abilities. So how to choose the correct MBA training pattern that would be fit for the social demand is the most important factor for MBA project. Based on the research on the files about MBA training pattern both at home and abroad, this paper attempts to compared differences between Chinese MBA training pattern with foreign countries from entrance requirements, training objectives , curricula , teaching methods and the quality evaluation model and find out the existing gaps and deficiencies. And then it analysis the current issues on A university’s MBA training pattern in –depth by the survey questionnaire, and give opinions and suggestions by a higher reference value in optimizing a mature MBA training pattern with A university’s characteristics. According to the career development as the starting point, revolve around “what kind of talent should we foster” and “why we cultivate this kind of talent” and “how to cultivate” , the paper discuss how to define the objective of training, design the training manner and provide necessary professional development guidance in order to optimize the MBA training pattern of A university. Finally, MBA training institutions, MBA students and corporations should be composed of a common interest community whose can interact with each other and promote the dynamic innovative capabilities of industrial clusters.
