中文摘要：	随着我国城市化进程的加速，餐饮业也在飞速发展，同时，伴随而来的餐厨垃圾已经成为城市的环境保护、可持续发展及食品安全等方面的大敌，如何利用高科技手段对餐厨垃圾进行资源化利用和无害化处理，越来越受到到政府和社会的重视。而目前我国的餐厨垃圾处理行业还处在发展的初级阶段，有着很广阔的发展前景。在高速发展的行业背景下，作为中国节能环保建设领域里的技术领先公司，上海万帝环境技术有限公司怎样能抓住机遇，迎接挑战，研究制定科学的公司发展战略，这是公司今后生存发展面临的重要课题。本文以国内外战略管理理论和思想为指导，结合餐厨垃圾处理行业的实际情况，分析评价了万帝公司所面临的宏观环境、行业竞争状况和发展趋势，明确了公司所面临的机会和挑战；并客观评价了万帝公司内部的主要资源和能力，进一步明确公司的发展优势和劣势，并运用SWOT分析方法提出了符合公司情况的发展战略。最后对公司战略的实施与控制提出了具体的保障措施，分别从公司治理和组织结构、人力资源、公司文化三个方面构建了公司战略的保障体系，为公司发展战略的有效运行提供了有力的支持和保证。本文运用文献分析、比较分析、实践调研等方法展开研究论证，以保证研究成果的科学性。由于研究对象餐厨垃圾处理行业是一个朝阳行业，而万帝公司作为行业领先者，期望本文研究结果不仅对本公司的发展有所帮助，同时对行业中其他的公司也有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要：	With the acceleration of urbanization process in China, catering industry is also developing rapidly, at the same time, food waste has become the enemy of city's environmental protection, sustainable development and food security. How to use high-tech means to recycling the food waste and safe disposal, has received more and more attention from the government and the society. At present, China's food waste treatment industry is still in the primary stage of development and has a very broad development prospects. In the high-speed development of the industry background, Shanghai Onedear Environmental Technology Company as China's technology leader of the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, how to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges, make scientific company development strategy, is an important issue for the company's survival and development in the future. In this paper, we use the strategic management theories and thoughts as guidance, combined with the food waste disposal industry's actual situation, evaluated the Onedear company's macro environment, industry competition and development trend, has been confirmed the facing opportunities and challenges of the company, evaluate Onedear company's internal main resources and capabilities objectively, further clarify the company's development strengths and weaknesses, and then use the SWOT analysis method to proposed the development strategy for the company. Finally, we proposed specific safeguards for the strategy's implement and control, separately from the company governance and organization structure, human resources, company culture three aspects to construct strategic safeguard system, providing strong support and guarantee for the effective operations of the strategy. This thesis use analysis of literature, comparative analysis, practice research and other methods on the research and demonstration in order to assure the research achievements scientific. Because the research object is food waste disposal industry, which is a sunrise industry, and Onedear company is an industry leader, we expect the results of this paper can not only help their own development, but also can give some significance to other companies of the industry.
