| 中文摘要: | 在当今社会,随着经济全球一体化,我国民营企业逐步融入国际竞争市场环境中。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,中小企业为了成长发展,必须进行有效的人力资源管理,特别是绩效管理成为我国民营企业进行管理所面临的重要问题。 本文以浙江列高铝业公司为研究对象,根据绩效管理的有关理论,分析了绩效、绩效考核和绩效管理等相关理论和方法对列高公司绩效管理的现状进行调查,分析了现存问题,提出应以KPI为核心的绩效管理体系作为列高公司进行现代化管理主要途径。主要包括构建企业层级、部门层级和员工个人的KPI,并在三个层级联动的基础上构建了系统的绩效考核指标体系。针对列高公司绩效管理的实际情况,设计了公司绩效管理运作流程和PDCA循环。并就如何将绩效管理体系与公司的人力资源和企业文化进行有效融合,为绩效管理体系的实施提供系统保障等进行了探讨。 论文以列高公司为个案研究,将绩效管理的有关理论与我国民营企业管理的实际情况进行了有效融合。相信该项研究对解决列高公司绩效管理中的问题,并对其他相关企业的绩效管理改进,会有所借鉴和帮助。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In modern society, with the integrative trend of world economy, the enterprises run by our private citizens have melt into the global competitive edge.So enterprises run by our private citizens have to manage human resources in the companys.Performance Management is the most important in the human resources management. In this thesis,Liegao company is the object of study.we have researched the present situation of Liegao company,find the problems of the performance management,and design a new system that is centering KPI on the performance management system for Liegao company.The system covers the corporate KPI,departmental KPI and personal KPI.Based on the trird-level linkage KPI system,the corporate,department and person construct the performance management system together.In allusion to the situation of Liegao company,we design a operational process for the performance management system,and PDCA circle to enforce the system.We discuss how to bring the system and the human resources management together,which can provide security for the accomplishment of the system. Liegao company as the case study,the thesis bring the theories about performance management and the situation of performance management in private enterprises.We believe that the performance management system can solve some difficult problems in Liegao company,which will boost the Liegao company's development. | |
