| 中文摘要: | 水泥是国民经济的基础原材料。自1985年起我国水泥产量连续多年位居世界第一。但生产集中度和劳动生产率均较低,可持续发展面临严峻挑战。为加快推进水泥工业的结构调整和产业升级,国家鼓励水泥工业通过联合重组等形式发展跨部门、跨地区的企业集团。在此特定的行业背景下,国内水泥行业兼并重组风起云涌,水泥企业集团快速发展。精细化管理是一种理念,一种文化。是社会分工的精细化以及服务质量的精细化对现代管理的必然要求,是一种以最大限度地减少管理所占用的资源和降低管理成本为主要目标的管理方式。企业通过并购实现前瞻性的战略布局和产能规模的快速扩张后,如何通过精细化管理对构成水泥企业价值链的各个环节进行全面整合,进而提升并购后企业整体的竞争能力、实现既定的战略目标、取得持续的竞争优势,是决定并购成败的关键因素之一,也成为国内各水泥企业集团面临的重要课题。本文通过对水泥行业经营现状、发展趋势的判断,通过对中国联合水泥集团有限公司(以下简称“中国联合水泥”或“中联水泥”)发展概况的介绍,SWOT分析及财务和经营指标的对比,引导出中联水泥实施精细化管理的必要性研判。为中联水泥正在开展的精细化管理整合工作提供了理论依据,即:精细化管理是企业价值链整合的重要环节,水泥企业必须运用精细化管理模式,提升管理水平,实现协同效应,提升竞争能力,以在日益激烈的竞争环境中,谋得一席之地。并对落实精细化管理措施后的成效进行阐述,问题予以剖析,并提出精细化管理的改进要点;据此推导出一套为大多数水泥企业所适营的精细化管理机制,以更好的推动我国经济的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Cement is the foundational raw material of the national economy. Since 1985 China's cement production is in the first place in the world for many years. But production concentration and the labor productivity are low. So the sustainable development is facing serious challenge. To speed up the structure adjustment and industrial upgrade of the cement industry, the state encourages the cement industry to develop the inter-departmental and trans-regional enterprise groups through the mergers and acquisitions. In this particular industry background, the mergers and acquisitions of the domestic cement industry are emerging quickly and the cement enterprise groups develop rapidly. Refined management is a kind of idea even a kind of culture. The fine social division of labor and the quality of the service request inevitably to implement refined management. It is a kind of management style that minimizing resources occupancy of the enterprise management and reducing the cost of management is its main target. How to integrate the every link of the whole value chain in order to enhance the enterprises’ competition ability, to realize our strategic goals and to achieve sustainable competitive advantage through acquisitions to realize the forward-looking strategic layout and the scale expansion of the production capacity is one of the key factor for enterprises to determine the success or failure of mergers and it also becomes an important issue for the domestic cement groups. Through the judgment of the present management situation of the cement industry ,the development trend, the introduction of the general development situation of China United Cement Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as " China United Cement "), the SWOT analysis and the financial and operational index contrast, this thesis makes a judgement that China United Cement is necessary to implement the refined management. This thesis provides the theoretical basis for the refined management integration of China United Cement , namely: refined management is an important link of the enterprises’ value chain integration. The cement enterprises must carry out the refined management mode to enhance the management level, realize coordination effect and to promote competition ability in order to get a place in the increasing competition environment. And also the author explains the effectiveness after implementing the refined management measures. Many problems are analyzed and the improvement points of the refined management are put forward. Accordingly,a set of refined management mechanism suitable for most of the cement enterprises are deduced in order to promote China’s economy to develop better. | |
