中文摘要:DFS公司是一家欧洲企业,1994年在中国建立办事处,1997年建立DSF中国有限公司,同年开始转移生产线,2003年开始在中国建立研发部门,其研发产品主要面向中国市场,2006年开始加大研发力度研发产品走向国际, 研发项目的管理问题也随之而来。解决新产品研发管理问题已经成为公司的首要任务。本文共由五章组成:第一章为导论,介绍了选题背景、研究目标、研究思路及论文结构等;第二章阐述了新产品研发项目管理内涵及其特征,介绍了项目生命周期、项目组织理论及发展状况、项目人力资源管理;第三章深入研究DFS公司新产品研发项目生命周期及流程,找出可以改善的空间并以此为基础提出改进方案,在新产品研发生命周期中加入项目群管理和引入TS16949体系中工具;第四章为DFS公司新产品研发项目组织结构现状研究及改进,论述了将DFS公司由职能驱动型弱矩阵式项目管理组织结构改变成公司层面的强矩阵型项目管理组织结构的原因及其优势,增加阶段项目经理以减少项目利益相关方的冲突以及虚拟研发组织在DFS公司的应用;第五章研究了DFS公司新产品研发项目管理中的人力资源管理,提出了如何选拔任用项目团队成员、如何建立适合中国本土特点的研发人员培养与激励机制;最后总结本研究的应用发展与不足,提出下一步研究的方向。本文采用的是案例分析的研究方法,定性研究为主定量研究为辅,结合项目管理理论、人力资源管理理论、及组织机构建设等基本理论,分析DFS研发项目管理中的不足与优势从而提出中国国情与外资企业本身特点相结合的研发管理模式。在企业运作全球化、社会经济知识化的今天,本文所进行的研究与探讨,对跨国公司在中国建立研发中心具有一定现实意义。 
英文摘要:DFS is a European company. It set up China offices in 1994 and established DSF China Limited Company in 1997. In the same year, it began to transfer production line to China. At the beginning of 2003, DFS set up R & D Department in China and its products are mainly for the China domestic market. In 2006, DFS began to strengthen R&D and its products went into global market. It became the first priority to reform management of new product development. There are five chapters in the paper. The first chapter is introduction. It describes the topics of the background, research objectives, research ideas and thesis structure. The second chapter is about the new product development and project management features. It introduces the project lifecycle, organization theory and project development, project human resource management. Chapter Three studies the project lifecycle of new product development and processes, figures out room for improvement and redesigns the new project lifecycle for DFS by adding portfolio Management and the TS16949 system tools. Chapter IV discusses project organization structure and improvement opportunity for DFS. Paper also discusses the reasons and advantages of reforming organization via changing function driven weak matrix organization structure of project management into company-wide strong matrix organization structure. In order to reduce conflict of stakeholders, it conducts appointment of staging project manager for the project. Virtual R & D organization has been introduced to DFS. Chapter V is about human resources management of new product development in DFS. The study provides solutions on selection and appointment of project team members and on how to establish the training and incentive system based on Chinese culture for R & D staff. In the end, paper summarizes the study and proposes future research direction. This paper analysis deficiencies and advantages of DFS R&D project management and puts forward project management mode based on Chinese national conditions and DFS features with empirical analysis of research method and qualitative research, quantitative research is a supplement. It is a globalized and knowledgeable society today. Study of this paper will benefit multinational companies who want to set up R&D center in China significantly.
