| 中文摘要: | 电力是关系到国民经济和社会发展的重要公益事业,与人民的生活密切相关。2002年电力体制改革、五大集团的成立,发电行业快速发展,已实现市场主体多元化,发电环节由垄断走向竞争。2004年以来,煤炭市场化进程明显加快,煤电企业间博弈此起彼伏,煤炭价格一路攀升,财务费用持续增加,致使近三年发电行业亏损面维持在一半以上。面对严峻形势,五大集团均提出大力发展新能源,建设综合性能源集团,力求弥补发电亏损,但作为传统火电企业如何摆脱困境,已成为不得不研究的严峻课题。国电江苏电力有限公司所属四个燃煤发电企业,现役容量在650万千瓦,面对省内同业竞争,如何有效利用国家大力推进“上大压小”、加快高效清洁机组建设等政策机遇,构建区域市场竞争力最强、经济效益最优的企业战略是本文的研究目标。 本文将以企业竞争战略和相关理论为分析基础,着力对国电江苏公司及所属电厂在市场竞争下的内外部环境进行分析,结合企业的资源条件,分析燃煤发电企业实施低成本战略的必要性,提出实施成本领先战略的系统对策;探讨基于发电主业的战略体系和纵向一体化的竞争优势,力求研究破解当前发电行业走出困境的途径和方法,为江苏公司在未来竞争中保持比较优势、实现更大发展提供理论支持,为发电行业持续健康发展提供有益的借鉴和尝试。 经本文研究论证国电江苏公司有效利用扩建条件,发展大容量、高参数超超临界清洁高效环保机组将成为主业发展战略,加强煤炭采购与商业储备以降低燃料波动风险、加强生产技术改造以达到行业领先水平、加强资本融资以降低财务费用、加强人力资源管理以构建人才高地等关键价值活动成本驱动因素的构建,可以为江苏公司在市场中取得低成本领先的竞争优势,“一体两翼”战略体系将成为国电江苏向国内一流企业迈进的重要支撑。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Electric power are important public utilizes related to economic and social development, and are also closely related to people’s lives. In 2002 the reform of electric power system and the establishment of five power generation groups promoted the rapid development of power industry, which has achieved market diversification. The power generation sector has become competitive instead of monopolistic. Since 2004, the process of commercialization of coal has been accelerated. Coal is fiercely competed among enterprises. The soaring of coal prices and the increasing of financial costs resulted in a loss for more than half in the power industry in nearly three years. Faced with the grim situation, the five power generation groups have all proposed the development of new energy and the construction of integrated energy group in order to make up for power loss. But how can conventional coal-fired power companies overcome adversity has become a serious issue to be studied. The capacity of Four coal-fired power enterprises belonged to Guodian Jiangsu power generation Co.,Ltd are 650 MW. Faced the competition in the industry in Jiangsu province, how to use the policy opportunities of construction of efficient and clean generators in the nation to create company development strategy which is most competitive in the market and has best economic benefits is object of this study. This thesis is based on the theory of company competitive strategy and focused on the analysis of internal and external environment of Guodian Jiangsu power generation Co.,Ltd and subordinate plant in the competitive market. In conjunction with resource conditions of enterprise, this thesis analysis the need to implement low-cost strategy in coal-fired power companies and proposes implement systematic measures of cost leadership strategy. This study focuses on the competitive advantage of vertical integration and seeks ways to break the current power industry woods in order to provide theory support for Jiangsu company to maintain a comparative advantage in future competition. This thesis also provides useful lessons and tries for the sustained and healthy development of power industry. | |
