中文摘要:帝人化成复合塑料(上海)有限公司地处外高桥保税区,地理位置优越,公司成立于2002年中,经过几年的发展,已经成为拥有年产10万吨生产能力,大规模的先进技术的聚碳酸酯工程塑料合金的制造工厂。帝人化成集团的产品目前在亚洲这个成长型的市场占有第一位的市场份额。由于今年来人力成本的增加、人民币升值、全球经济不景气等因素再加上2008年全球金融危机的影响,对于帝人化成公司的发展面临着较大困难。此外,帝人化成公司本身处于世界产业链“微笑曲线”的最底端,所创造的经济利润的附加值远低于研发和销售等部分。供应链管理是当前物流产业管理中最高端的商业模式,供应链管理的实质是以更广阔的视角考虑物流、资金流、信息流的协调与配合,以在更高的层次上提高物流活动的效益。尤其对于产业链原材料供应环节的帝人公司,供应链管理在实施和发展过程中既面临着机遇又面临着挑战;实施供应链管理首先要在观念上树立供应链价值管理的思想,努力通过供应链优化以实现企业的价值增值,创造企业的利润;同时要了解当前供应链管理发展背景,明晰制造业企业实施供应链管理所必需遵循的基本原则,对帝人化成公司供应链管理实际情况进行有效分析,明确提出可行的、适用于自身企业的供应链优化改进措施。帝人化成在实施供应链管理过程中,与上下游合作伙伴之间合作密不可分,在供应链实施过程中会获得一定的收益,并且对于实施供应链管理的成果进行绩效评价,用建立在SCOR模型的绩效衡量指标进行评价,绩效评价遵循SMART原理(清晰的、可测量的、切合实际的、可以实现的、有时间限制的)。并将供应链管理评价结果纳入企业绩效考核范围,确保供应链管理有效实施。最后根据在帝人化成公司的工作经验,结合当前供应链管理研究方面的现状,将帝人化成公司供应链管理工作实践,从供应链设计、成本控制、政策运用、人力资源管理以及合作伙伴关系等方面表明加强供应链管理的必要性。 
英文摘要:Supply chain management is the highest business model in the logistics industry management, the essence of SCM is to investigate the coordination of the logistics flow, the information flow and the fund flow with a wider visual angel, of which the purpose is to improve the benefits and efficiencies of the activities of logistics management in a higher gradation. However because of the growing price of labor power, the appreciation of RMB, the slowing down of the global economy’s development, following with the financial crisis in 2008, manufacturing processing enterprises face tremendous problems. What’s more, manufacturing enterprises in China is located in the lowest rate in the world industrial chain of creating value, the value of Chinese manufacturing field is far behind of those in the research and marketing fields. But the cost of logistics is the very important part of the whole manufacturing costs. In addition, the possibilities of profits rising are greatly if these enterprises make the cost optimization control go on. So, how to improve the efficiency and cut down the cost of the logistics and supply chain management, and how to provide more quality services, which are very important to Chinese manufacturing processing enterprises. Today, the direction of manufacturing processing enterprises’ chain management is tending to value chain management and SCM technology using. Manufacturing processing enterprises’ logistics and supply chain management is the SCM under the trend of international logistics and SCM, which is facing opportunities and challenges in the implementation and development process. To do SCM, the first step is to set up the value supply chain in concept of management thought, through the enterprise’s SCM to realize the value of the enterprise value, creating the profits. At the same time, it’s necessary to understand the current backgrounds of SCM , following the basic principles of enterprise’s SCM implementation, with the effective analysis of its actual conditions, combined the enterprise’s conditions to put forward workable measures to make its SCM optimization come true. SCM is the management of the logistics industry the most current high-end business model, supply chain management is essentially based on broader perspective to consider the logistics, capital flow, information flow coordination and cooperation to a higher level to improve the effectiveness of logistics activities In particular, the industrial chain of raw materials supply chain Teijin, SCM in the implementation and development process is facing opportunities and challenges faced; implementation of supply chain management must first concept to establish the supply chain value management ideas, working through the supply chain optimized to achieve the enterprise's value added, creation of corporate profits ,At the same time to understand the current SCM development background, clear implementation of SCM of manufacturing enterprises must follow the basic principles for the Teijin effective analysis of the actual situation, with business conditions that apply to the enterprise supply chain optimization proposed to improve practicable improvement measures Teijin in the implementation of SCM process, and cooperation between upstream and downstream partners inseparable, the implementation process in the supply chain will get some benefits, and implementation of SCM for the results of performance evaluation, based on the SCOR model with performance metrics to evaluate the performance evaluation follow the SMART principle (clear, measurable, realistic, achievable, time-bound). And SCM, enterprise performance evaluation results into the scope of examination to ensure the effective implementation of SCM. According to the author’s work experience at Teijin Chemicals Plastic Compounds Shanghai Ltd, combine the scholars’ studies in this field, being based on the advanced situation of study for the logistics and SCM in China and other countries, with the practices of Chinese SCM. Explaining the significance of the SCM from enterprise’s strategy, cost controlling, human resources management and partnership. Discussing the improvement approaches form process reengineering, cost controlling, partner choosing, talent managing and cooperation platform construction building. And in order to judge the efficiency and effect of the manufacturing processing enterprises’ logistics and SCM, the principles and method is provided, the Balanced Score Card is used in the judgment. In the end, use the practice case of Teijin Chemicals Plastic Compounds Shanghai Ltd’s logistics and SCM, for the goal to combine theory and practice.
