中文摘要:面对激烈的竞争和发展机遇,越来越多的企业认识到发展壮大的重要性。如何坚持科学发展观,创造更高的价值,成为当前众多企业面临的课题。本文以世界500强中国建材集团旗下的A股上市公司、中国新型建材行业的龙头企业北新建材公司为研究对象,采用理论研究与实证分析相结合、定性与定量研究相结合的方法,通过对北新建材公司过去发展历程的梳理,研究和总结北新建材公司在主营业务发展和项目选址中成功的经验,对比与同行业企业的优劣,分析当前纸面石膏板行业发展趋势,结合实际准确定位,并对如何快速实现发展定位目标进行详实的论述。本文在第二章中分析了北新建材公司纸面石膏板业务的竞争环境,介绍了国内、外纸面石膏板行业发展状况,以北新建材近几年来的项目发展历程为研究基础,阐述了北新建材为实现中国“石膏板大王”的行业宏伟目标,过去不同时期的企业发展规划历程,与同行企业在布局、产品、价格和销售渠道等方面进行对比。在第三章中探讨了北新建材公司对纸面石膏板业务的发展定位和其重要战略意义,阐述了定位必要性分析和具体实施方案,侧重从市场策略和原材料策略两个方面,研究北新建材公司如何发挥自身优势,准确定位为全球最大的纸面石膏板公司。第四、五章中根据北新建材公司的定位,研究北新建材公司为实现定位目标实施项目选址,从市场策略和原材料资源策略两方面论述了项目选址方法,结合拟选地政府环境、物流运输成本、员工招聘等其他选址要素,运用数学统计公式原理,系统地创建了项目选址模型。利用模型,对北新建材公司过去的选址项目进行验证,介绍了最新模型应用案例及体会。通过研究总结启示:北新建材公司以“全球最大的纸面石膏板公司”为公司定位,以“依托脱硫石膏、靠近市场、合理布局、先进简约”为公司纸面石膏板业务项目发展为指导思想,坚持以市场为中心 ,重视工业废弃资源的综合利用,从最基础的项目选址开始,坚持科学发展观与实事求是,坚持调查研究与务实创新,快速走向全球石膏板大王的成功之路。 
英文摘要:More and more enterprises realize the importance of development and growth when facing fierce competition and development opportunities. How to adhere to the scientific outlook on development, and create a higher value, has become the task that numerous enterprises face. This thesis chooses listed A share company, Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company (BNBM), a leading subsidiary of CNBM which is Fortune 500 company as the research subject, and uses theoretical research and empirical analysis as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods. In this paper, the development history of BNBM is carded, successful experience in core business development and project site selection is researched and summarized, the strong points and weak points in comparison within the same industry are pointed out, the development trends of gypsum board industry is analyzed, and how to rapidly achieve development target in combination with practical and accurate positioning is elaborated in detail. In Part Two, the competition situation of BNBM is analysed,the development situation of gypsum board industry at home and abroad is introduced, based on the project development of BNBM in recent years, the development history of the company in the past years in order to realize the target of “King of gypsum board” is discussed, and the location, product, price and channel within the same industry are compared. In Part Three, the position of gypsum board business within BNBM and its strategic significance is discussed, the importance of necessity analysis and the detailed implementation plan is elaborated, and how BNBM exerts its advantage especially in terms of market strategy and raw material and sets the target to be the No.1 in gypsum board industry worldwide is researched In Part Four and Part Five project site selection method is discussed from the points of view of market strategy and raw material strategy according to BNBM’s target, and the project site selection model is created by applying mathematical statistical principle and combing government environment of the applicant site, logistic cost, employee enrolment etc. The projects in the past are verified by the model and also the latest cases from the model and experience are introduced. Based on the above research, BNBM is positioned to be “No. 1 gypsum board company in the world”; and relying on FGD gypsum, close to markets, rational allocation, advanced and simple is the guidance for the company’s project development. BNBM insists on market centered, and attaches great importance on the synthetic utilization of waster material from industry. Beginning with the basic project site selection, BNBM adheres to scientific outlook on development and seeking truth from facts, combines research and practical innovation, and quickly grows to be the “King of gypsum board”.
