中文摘要:民营经济现在己经成为我国经济领域中发展最为活跃的部分,随着国有企业的进一步改革和调整,民营经济获得了更加广阔的发展空间,迎来了新的发展机遇。巨峰公司作为一家资产数亿元的具有一定实力和规模的跨地区、跨行业经营的民营企业集团,正在从事的业务包括电磁线的生产加工,绝缘材料的生产销售等高新技术业务。随着市场竞争的日渐激烈,公司为了取得进一步的发展,需要从根本上提升公司的业绩,因此,如何在市场形势日渐复杂的局面下,制定一个适宜的营销战略就显得尤为重要。本文综合运用了竞争战略理论、核心竞争力理论和SWOT分析方法对巨峰公司的各项业务进行了详细的分析和研究,并对电磁线和绝缘材料业务的竞争力进行了详细的分析。在此基础上本研究制定了公司未来的经营方向和营销战略,并对战略的实施构建了良好的框架体系,希望对巨峰公司未来几年的发展具有一定的战略指导意义,对类似其他民营企业的发展也提供了一定的参考价值和借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:Now the private economy has become the most active part in China's economic development. And along with the further reform of state-owned enterprises, the private economy obtains a broader space for its development. JUFENG Company as a private company with hundreds of millions of dollars asset, has a trans-regional scale and cross-industry business. Its main business includes wire, insulation materials production and other high-tech business. As the competition goes fiercely day by day, the need to build its own marketing strategy is getting more important. On this research we use the theory of competitive strategy, core competence theory and SWOT analysis comprehensively for the business for JUFENG Company, so we can find the real core competitiveness Based on this study we show the company's future business direction and marketing strategy, along with an implementation strategy to build a good framework of the system, we hope this research will do some good for the further development for JUFENG Company and other private enterprises that are in a similar situation.
