中文摘要：	近年来，我国房地产行业日益繁荣和火热。房屋供给数量随着房价的不断上升以及需求的旺盛而大幅度增加。大量的建筑门窗安装公司则应运而生。随着门窗安装公司数量的增加以及市场经济下材料价格的透明度不断增加，导致建筑门窗安装行业的竞争日益加剧。建筑门窗安装公司的利润正处于日趋下降的局面。因此，这些公司只有准确确定项目成本以及做好成本控制工作，方能够在竞争中争取到项目，并能够获得更多的利润。本文主要对以下几个方面的内容展开了深入研究：首先，对项目管理理论、项目成本确定理论以及项目成本控制理论进行了回顾和归纳总结，为展开后续的理论研究和实践研究工作铺平了道路。其次，分析了建筑门窗安装服务项目成本确定的独特性以及成本控制的独特性，为更加准确和合理地开展建筑门窗安装服务项目成本确定与控制的理论与实践工作提供了方向。第三，从理论视角分析了国内外建筑门窗安装服务项目成本确定的模式，并对其存在的问题进行了探讨，最后分析了影响建筑门窗安装服务项目成本确定的影响因素。第四，对建筑门窗安装服务项目成本控制的模式及程序进行了分析，探讨现有模式中存在的问题，并对具体的控制方法进行了论述。第五，以天津滨海湖门窗安装服务项目为案例，对案例的具体成本确定方法以及成本控制手段进行了归纳和总结，为开展门窗安装服务项目成本确定与控制的实践工作提供了指导，并为不断充实相关理论做出了一定的贡献。
英文摘要：	In recent years，China's real estate industry are growing prosperity. The number of housing supply is increasing along with housing price rising. A lot of doors and windows Installation Company appeared. With the number increasing of doors and windows installation company and the transparency increasing of the material price, leading to doors and windows installation industry are becoming more and more competitive, and the profit of doors and windows installation company are becoming more and more small. Therefore, these companies only can through determining project cost and cost control accurately obtain project during the process of competition, and acquire more profits. The research content of this thesis contains several aspects. Firstly, reviewed project management theory, project cost determination theory and project cost control theory, paving the way for launching the subsequent theoretical study and practical research work. Secondly, analyzed the uniqueness of the cost determination and cost control of doors and windows installation service project, and pointed out the direction for doors and windows installation service project cost determination and control for the next parts. Thirdly, researched the model of the doors and windows installation service project cost determination from china and foreign countries perspectives, and discussed the problems existed in these models, and then found out some factors which influence project cost determination. Fourthly, analyzed the model and process of the doors and windows installation service project cost control, and discussed the problems which existed in these models, and provided some control methods. Lastly, Tianjin Binhai lake doors and Windows installation service projects for the case, summarized the specific method to determine the cost and cost control means, provided guidance for the development of the doors and Windows installation services project cost control and determine the practical work, and also made certain contribution for constantly enriching the related theory.
