| 中文摘要: | 员工福利作为员工全部报酬的一部分,目前已经引起越来越多学者的关注。福利在员工全部报酬的中的比例逐年在增加,在美国,这一比例已经接近40%,已经变得非常重要,员工福利的内容和管理也成为企业在人力资源管理方面的重要组成部分,在西方发达国家已经有了较为系统的员工福利,也有比较先进的管理思想和管理方法,因此在员工福利的诸多领域都有比较优秀的管理实践。但是,在我国员工福利还处于发展的时期。我国的社会保障体系正处于建立和完善时期,企业仍保持以前计划经济背景下形成的对员工福利的认识,一些企业在管理上依然采取着计划经济背景下的管理方法,造成了我国企业员工福利的发展滞后,特别是在外资企业进入我国的今天,企业员工福利的滞后更加明显。 本文正是在这样一个背景下,为了我国国有企业员工福利的改进而进行探索性的研究。本文的主要思路是在了解员工福利相关知识的基础上,分析改革前后我国国有企业员工福利的演变,找出造成我国国有企业员工福利落后的历史原因,然后通过对我国国有企业员工福利体系目前的状况及问题的阐述,进而得出我国国有企业应当如何改进的员工福利。因此,本文的章节安排是在第二章对企业员工福利的理论进行回顾,主要内容包括企业员工福利的理论基础,企业员工福利的内容,企业员工福利的发展历程等。在第三章对我国国有企业员工福利的历史进行分析,第四章总结目前我国国有企业员工福利存在的问题。第五章是关于我国国有企业如何改进企业员工福利的探讨。 本文希望通过对我国国有企业员工福利存在问题的探讨引起国有企业对于员工福利的重视,在未来的市场竞争中,在人力资源管理方面能够运用好员工福利作为企业激励员工,挽留员工的重要手段,在市场经济条件下,能够发挥福利的保健与激励作用,提高我国国有企业员工福利管理的整体水平。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As part of the total employee compensation, employee benefit has arisen more and more attention. The proportion of employee benefit in total employee compensation is rising year by year, in U.S.A, the proportion nearly reach 40%. Employee benefit become very important, the content and the management of employee benefit become the very important part of the human resource management. The west developed countries have established employee benefit system, also have developed improved management theories and management methods, so in the field of employee benefit, these countries accumulate plenty experiences of management practice. But in China, the employee benefit still in the developing period. The social security system of China is in the period of establishing and consummating, enterprises still maintain the old opinion on the employee benefit, which formulate in the past planned economy time, some enterprise still use the old management methods, these cause the slow developing of employee benefit in China. Especially today when the foreign capitals come into, the lag becomes more obvious. This thesis is exploring study for the sake of improving employee benefit system of Chinese States-owned enterprises. The main idea of this thesis is on the basis of employee benefit theory, analyzing the improving progress of employee benefit in China, finding the reason of the lag in history, then through analyzing the situation and problem of employee benefit nowadays, elicits the method of how to improve the new employee benefit system. So, the second chapter is about the employee benefit theories, which contain the employee benefit’s theory foundations, contents, developing progress. The third chapter is about the history and situation nowadays of employee benefit in China States-owned enterprises. The forth chapter is about the discussion about the problems of the States-owned enterprises’ employee benefit. The fifth chapter is how to improve the employee benefit management of States-owned enterprises. This thesis hopes to cause the attention of enterprises to employee benefit by analyzing the problem of the employee system in China, so they can use employee benefit as a method to motivate the workers and to retain important workers. Finally, the level of employee benefit management in China will improved. | |
