中文摘要:本文是针对现阶段企业医院竞争发展战略的研究,企业医院面对日益复杂动荡的经营环境,如何才能保持持久的竞争优势,走出发展的困境,并在日趋激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,是众多企业医院一直在思索和关注的课题。企业医院是在计划经济体制时代产生的非盈利医疗机构,拥有不同的级别。主要任务是承担本企业内部职工及家属的医疗服务。面对竞争日益激烈的医疗市场,众多企业医院生存面临重大的抉择,医院资源的整合、人才的竞争、设备的更新,已经成为现阶段医疗机构竞争的主题。科学合理地实施医疗资源整合,是现代医院管理者要完成的重要课题。其主要形式有:成立技术协作组,设立独立专科,建立专科技术中心。医疗资源整合不是形式上的算术叠加,而是将管理理念与医院实际相结合,对医院人、财、物等进行有效地调整和组合,使其产生最大的综合效益。科学的论证、有力的政策机制和有效的管理手段是医疗资源整合成功的可靠保证。本文以冀中能源邯郸矿业集团有限公司总医院(以下简称邯矿集团总医院)为研究的个案,通过对该个案所处的外部环境与内部环境进行深入剖析,确立了公司的战略定位,并结合价值链和价值活动体系工具建构了用以实现战略定位的系统战略对策。邯矿集团总医院就是通过与邯郸市第五医院实施资源整合的基础上,重新规划医疗用地,在邯郸市主城区西部打造三级甲等医院,实现做大做强,服务社会。通过本文的分析和研究,希望有助于发现邯矿集团总医院在目前战略定位和企业运营管理中,实际所存在的主要问题和深层次原因。通过具体解决对策的理论分析和论证,找到今后应改善和提高的有效手段,从而不断提升邯矿集团总医院的市场竞争力。同时,也通过本文的论述,能够为企业医院的战略实施和长远发展起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:This article is in view of the present stage enterprise hospital competition development strategy of hospital, enterprises face increasingly complex turbulent business environment, how to maintain lasting competitive advantage, walk out of the predicament of development, and in the increasingly fierce competition in the market remain invincible, many enterprises are the hospital has been pondering and concern. Enterprises hospital is in the times of planned economy system produced by the non-profit medical institutions, has a different level. Main task is to undertake the enterprise interior staff and their family members health services. The face of increasingly fierce competition in the medical market, many enterprises face major choice of hospitals, hospital resources integration, the competition of talents, updated equipment, has become the current medical institutions competition theme. Scientific and rational implementation of medical resources integration, is a modern hospital management should be an important task. Its main forms are: the establishment of technical cooperation group, the establishment of an independent college, build technical center. Medical resources integration is not a form of arithmetic stack, but the idea of management and hospital practice, the hospital people, wealth, and effective adjustment and combination, make its produce the largest comprehensive benefits. Scientific proof, strong policy mechanism and effective management means of medical resources integration is the reliable guarantee of success. Taking Jizhong energy of Handan Mining Group Company Limited ( hereinafter referred to as general hospital of Handan Mining Group General Hospital ) as the study case, based on the case of the external environment and internal environment to conduct in-depth analysis, established the company's strategic positioning, combined with the value chain and value activities system tool construction for realizing strategy positioning system strategy. Handan Mining Group General Hospital is with the fifth hospital of Handan city to carry out the resources integration on the basis of planning, to medical use, in the main urban area of Handan City West building three Jiadeng hospital, achieve bigger and stronger, to serve the community. Through the analysis and research, hoping to contribute to the discovery of Handan Mining Group General Hospital in the strategic positioning and corporate management, the existing main problems and reasons. Through the concrete countermeasures of theory analysis and demonstration, to find the future should improve and enhance effective means, so as to continuously enhance the Handan mining group general hospital market competition. At the same time, also in this paper, can be an enterprise hospital strategy and long-term development of certain reference and reference.
