中文摘要:桃源集团是临沂市一家电力多经企业,在全国范围内象这样的多经企业有一万余家,大部分都是背靠主业支持而逐渐发展起来的多元化经营的企业。近年来,得益于国家对电力行业基础设施建设的巨大投资,桃源集团取得了快速发展,主要经济指标如收入、利润和资产等逐年稳步提高,企业表现了良好的发展势头。但是伴随企业发展的同时,与企业有关的各种各样的问题也逐渐暴露出来,企业发展目标不明确,资源配置不合理,主营业务竞争力不强等,特别是随着“主多分离”改革进程的推进,桃源集团所面临的外部宏观环境和行业环境越来越复杂,与主业发展分离是迟早的的事情,桃源集团不得不开始面临新的发展竞争环境,如何在新的征途上实现可持续发展,是摆在桃源集团面前的一个新课题。本文通过分析电力多经企业普遍面临的外部环境和发展状况,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,运用PEST分析、SWOT分析等工具进行分析产业所处的宏观环境、行业竞争运行态势,找出企业面临外部机遇和威胁以及普遍存在的问题;然后结合分析桃源集团发展历程以及内部素质状况,进行了综合评价,找出企业自身的优势和不足,桃源集团的发展战略进行了选择,运用定量规划评价矩阵(QSPM)对所选战略进行了评价,确定了由稳定到发展的公司整合战略。并为战略的实施提供了几条保障措施。 
英文摘要:Taoyuan group is a power, linyi city by enterprise, in the nationwide more than like this have ten thousand by the enterprise, which is mostly back and gradually developed its support of the enterprise diversification. In recent years, thanks to the countries of electric power industry infrastructure construction of large investment, taoyuan group has achieved a rapid development, and the main economic indicators such as revenue, profits and assets, such as improving steadily year after year enterprise performance a sound momentum of development. But along with the development of the enterprise, and enterprise and relevant problems of all kinds also gradually revealed, enterprise development goals is not clear, the unreasonable resources disposition, main business less competitive and so on, especially with the main separation "reform", the advancement of taoyuan group faced by the external macro environment and the industrial environment with main industry development is more and more complicated, the separation is something sooner or later, taoyuan group have to start facing a new development in the new competitive environment, how to realize sustainable development, the journey is faced with a new front taoyuan group topics. This paper analyses the power the enterprise is the external environment and facing the development condition, with the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, using PEST analysis, the swot analysis tools such as place analyze industry the macro environment of competition in the industry trend, and run out enterprise faces external opportunities and threats, and common problem; Then combining analysis taoyuan group development course and the internal quality condition, a comprehensive evaluation, find out the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises, the development strategy of taoyuan group were chosen, using quantitative planning evaluation matrix (QSPM) about the chosen strategy is evaluated by the stability to, determines the development the company conformity strategy. And for the implementation of the strategy offers several security measures.
