中文摘要:员工是企业最重要的资源,而现代员工的心理问题已成为制约人力资源管理的关键性因素。员工帮助计划起源于美国,由心理学、社会学、组织行为学、经济学、管理学等多种学科理论知识交叉形成,通过专业人员对组织成员进行诊断和建议,对员工及其亲属提供指导、培训和咨询,帮助其解决心理和行为问题,从而达到提高企业绩效及改善组织气氛的目的。近年来,银行业无论是外部环境还是内部结构都产生了巨大的变化,银行从业人员从管理者到一线员工均面临严重的压力和各种心理问题。员工帮助计划可以以一个全新的视角——心理学的角度,客观、公正、科学、系统地审视银行面临的心理困境问题,帮助银行降低成本、解决问题,对银行人力资源管理具有重要的价值。 本文在第一章中对于实施EAP项目的背景、银行从业人员的心理困境问题以及EAP对于企业的意义进行了阐述。第二章则对EAP的相关理论和国内外应用情况进行了综合研究。在第三章中,本文进行了国内银行业实施员工帮助计划的可行性分析。通过分析,得出了员工帮助计划在中国银行业已具备实施条件的结论。同时,分析了在实施的过程中会遇到的困难,也在文中一并提出了相应的建议。在第四章中,通过分析对X银行股份有限公司的部分管理者和员工进行的面谈和问卷调查相结合的抽样调查方式所得到的数据,同时结合调查结论和相关理论研究,对员工帮助计划在我国银行业的运用进行了初步的设计和研究。 本文从银行业的特点出发,结合行业实际情况和EAP的理论特征,一方面丰富和拓展了对EAP理论的研究,另一方面期望通过本文的研究能够找到适合中国银行业的EAP体系从而更好地指导人力资源管理实践、用最佳的解决途径处理现实问题。 
英文摘要:Human resources are the most important resources of today’s enterprises. However, psychological questions such as pressure and anxious psychology are universal existence in modern enterprises. Employee Assistant Program (EAP) originated in USA. The key idea of EAP is to help the staffs who are suffering psychology problems with their spirit in professional psychological counseling way. By helping employee to resolve psychology questions and other question related to job, this program can realizing organization and employee’s harmonious development. IN recent years, China banks are facing increasing market competition day by day. The employees of banks are facing serious pressure and all kinds of psychological problem. EAP can provide a new perspective to resolve this kind of problem. In chapter 1, it is mainly contains the research background, the psychological questions universal existence in banks and the research significance of EAP. In chapter 2, it is mainly contains some principle studies of EAP and the application of EAP in European and American. In chapter 3, it introduces the necessity of the EAP application in Chinese bank. It gets the result that it is time to use EAP program to solve the problems. Also some difficult will be met when using EAP. And the suggestion is given. In chapter 4, it has studied the application system of EAP of Chinese Bank from the principle and the pattern in the form of interviews and the questionnaire survey to a bank in Shanghai. This is focuses on the characteristics of China banks and the theory of EAP. THIS want to make the concept of EAP clearly, to discuss the theories of EAP profoundly and analyze the difficulties and the questions in using the EAP program in our banks, to provide one kind of new thought for working though the staff’s psychological questions.
