中文摘要:从1896年美国诞生第一本漫画至今,动漫产业已经有了一百多年的发展历史,动漫产业消耗社会资源很少,没有环境污染、易于传播文化,产品附加值高等特性成为很多国家关注它的理由,而它另一方面属于资本密集型、技术密集型的行业特点又成为制约许多国家发展动漫产业的瓶颈。 动漫市场现今已成为美国、日本和韩国三分天下的局面。而我国的动漫产业发展虽然起步不晚,但是受历史特殊性和传统文化观念等因素的影响,长期以来我国动漫业界一直存在创新不足和人才匮乏的状况,直接导致了在我国动漫产业一直没有得到快速和有序的发展同时却为国外的动漫产品培育着越来越大的国内市场的现实状况。近年来,国内的业界和政府一直都在为扭转这种局面而努力,学界和研究机构也在积极研究探索,为我国动漫产业的发展献计献策。 通过在对我国动漫产业发展现状的深入了解和分析的基础上,结合价值链理论、产业集群理论、竞争力理论等传统竞争理论,对我国动漫产业竞争力构成要素做了归纳和总结并就如何通过改善要素而提升产业竞争力提供了对策和建议。首先,对相关理论,如价值链理论、产业集群理论、竞争力理论的发展和研究现状进行了综述,为分析竞争力构成要素及提升产业竞争力途径提供理论支持。其次,对动漫产业的特征以及国内外动漫产业的发展现状和了一个大体的回顾,总结出国外发达动漫产业国家的一些基本发展模式,力求在国内外动漫产业发展的经验中找到构建产业竞争优势的一些共性以及要素,并就我国动漫产业所面临的一些现实问题做了分析,揭示出我国动漫产业发展过程中出现的一些问题及现状的不足,如产业链的不完整、原创缺乏、人才供给不足、营销渠道不畅等等。然后,针对我国动漫产业的发展背景和现状,总结出我国动漫产业竞争力的构成要素是创新能力、技术能力和渠道拓展能力。最后,提出我国动漫产业竞争力的提升驱动力是国内市场规模不断扩大、国外竞争者在国内动漫市场的强势竞争以及国内动漫企业的成长需要,并对提升我国动漫产业竞争力的具体途径提出建议和对策。  
英文摘要:Since the first cartoon book born in America, the Cartoon Industry has got the history over one hundred years of its development. The Cartoon Industry has its special characteristics, such as low resource expended, no environmental pollution, easily to spread the local culture, with high accessional of its production and so on. For these reasons above, many countries pay much attention to the cartoon industry. However, the cartoon industry needs to cost large amount of money to develop, and needs much well educated human recourses, and also very high level of technology. These reasons come into being the obstacle to develop the cartoon industry in many countries. America, Japan and Korea now possess the three most important position and more than 90 percent of cartoon production in global cartoon market. Being lack of capital, technology, and human resource, the cartoon industry in China seems not very prosperous in development. Recently, the Chinese government and a lot of enterprises are making great efforts to accelerate the development of the cartoon industry. In this paper we dedicate to researching the way to upgrade the competitive power of cartoon industry in China. Firstly, we summarize some theories relatively to this paper, such as the theory of the value chain, the theory of the competitive power, the theory of the agglomeration etc. Secondly, we take a retrospect about the history and the development of the cartoon industry in China and other countries. We summarize the characteristics of the cartoon industry and the common model in development. Thirdly, we find that the innovation, the technology and the channel of advertisement and distribution are the most important factor in the development of the cartoon industry in China. Finally, we propose that the rapid growth of the domestic market, the ferocious interaction of the foreign competitor and the local cartoon enterprise are the impetus to accelerate the competitive power of the cartoon industry in China. We also give some advises and countermeasure about the route to accelerate the competition of the cartoon industry in China.
