中文摘要：	笔者目前正在山西阳泉煤业集团泰安煤业公司工作,在近两年的工作实践中发现泰安煤业公司的管理工作存在诸多问题。如工作秩序混乱，干部作风拖沓，财产和物资损失浪费严重，生产成本居高不下，工作制度执行不严，员工整体素质不高，工作热情缺乏，对企业发展漠不关心，等等。以上问题严重制约了公司的安全、生产、经营、发展等各项工作。尽快提升公司的管理水平，彻底解决存在的管理问题，把泰安煤业公司打造成山西阳泉煤业集团旗下的一个“精品企业”，是公司的当务之急。鉴于此，笔者选择把“泰安煤业公司管理改进对策”作为研究的对象。笔者在仔细观察、深入调查泰安煤业公司存在问题，认真分析问题成因，回顾相关理论的基础上,首先从泰安煤业公司管理制度中的“组织结构、重要流程、重要政策”三方面提出了系统的改进对策，其次从泰安煤业公司管理行为中的“管理者素质提升、企业文化建设”两方面提出了系统的改进对策。本论文的主要成果在于理论与实践紧密结合，以解决泰安煤业公司存在的管理问题。主要运用的管理理论有：组织的相关理论、领导的相关理论和人力资源管理的相关理论。论文在管理制度和管理行为两个方面提出的改进对策，基本切合泰安煤业公司的实际，能够指导该公司今后的管理工作。在论文写作与研究过程中，笔者也提出了一些探索性的观点。
英文摘要：	The author is working at Taian coal industry company of ShanXi YangQuan coal industry group . Many problems have been found by the author in Taian coal company in nearly two years work,practice, such as disorder in the work , cadres procrastination , property and material had loss and wasted , high production costs , lax system implementation , low quality of staff overall , the lack of enthusiasm , indifference to enterprise development , etc. Above problems have seriously restricted the company's security, development, production, management, and other work .The company's top priority are raising the level of management of the company as soon as possible ,completely solving the problem existing management and making coal company Taian into one of the Shanxi Yangquan coal industry group's excellent enterprise. In view of this , author choice the research of object about the way to deal with Taian coal industry company's management. The author on the basis of through careful observation and in-depth investigation the problems in Taian coal company, carefully analyse the causes and review of theories . Fist of all author according to "organizational structure ,important processes and policy" of three areas the system of measures for improvement from Taian coal industry company's management system . Next, author according to "improvement manager's quality and enterprise cultuer's construction" of two areas the system of measures for improvement from Taian coal industry company's behavior. The main results of this thesis is closely integrated theory and pracitce .And in order to address management problems in Taian coal company . Main application of management theory have :organizations associated with the related theory , leadership and human resource management theories . The thesis apply for two areas of improvement about management system and havior .This ways basic meet Taian coal company's actual , and also can guide the management of the company's future . The author also submit a number of exploratory views in the process of dissertation writing and research .
