| 中文摘要: | 技术优势是企业竞争优势的主要来源,技术管理是现代技术密集型企业日常管理的重要环节。本文以中国联合水泥集团为研究对象,结合现代管理学思想和该企业的具体情况,对技术管理体系的构建、改进和变革进行探索。首先,梳理了技术管理的相关理论,界定了相关概念,明确了技术管理体系的结构及其要素;其次,以中国联合水泥集团为典型案例,深入分析其技术管理现状,并将与之相关的资源条件、制度环境、人才结构等要素进行剖析,找出其优势和存在的问题。第三,以跨国公司法国拉法基集团和安徽海螺水泥公司为借鉴,分析其技术管理体系及制度架构,理出中国联合水泥集团技术管理体系建设的思路。第四,探讨了中国联合水泥集团技术管理体系的完善和创新。本文以中国联合水泥集团的基本情况和技术管理现状作为全文的研究基点,对该公司的资源条件、人才结构和能力分布、制度环境和管理方法等方面进行了详细阐述;以跨国公司拉法基集团和中国企业安徽海螺水泥公司为典型案例,剖析了国内外企业技术管理体系的构建模式和典型做法。在此基础上,本文就中国联合水泥集团的技术管理体系的完善和创新进行了详细的理论探索和阐述。认为中国联合水泥技术管理体系创新的原则是集约化、精细化与信息化并举、加强技术创新、实施持续改进、注意流程再造。在这些原则下,中国联合水泥需要建立和完善以技术中心为核心的组织制度集约化管理,精细化的工艺技术管理、设备管理与质量管理,并配套实施技术人才资源管理和信息化建设,强化技术创新管理。要在对技术管理的重视、拔尖人才的引进和激励、建立创新的文化和氛围等方面具体推动技术管理。本文主要的创新之处是针对水泥行业,研究了该行业典型大型企业特有的技术管理情况,发展了技术管理的案例研究,对中国联合水泥集团和中国水泥行业的技术管理有所借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Technology is one of the main competitive advantages of modern technology-intensive enterprises. Technology management is an important task of management of for these enterprises. Take China United Cement Corporation as an example, combining with modern management theories and the specific circumstances of China United Cement Corporation, I analysed how to build a technology management system for the companies of cement industry. Aiming to solve this problem, first, I review the theories of technology, technology management, and technology management system building, to make sure the exactly meaning of some basic conception, and the system structure of technology management system. Second, I introduced the main conditions and present situation of China United Cement Corporation, for example, its resource, its institutions, its labour, concluded the advantages and disadvantages. Third, taking Lafarge Corporation and Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited as two example, I analysed why they are success at technology management, and concluded some experience from them. Forth, I gave an elaboration of the creation of technology management system of China United Cement Group's construction. In this paper, I reviewed the theory of technology, technology management and management, maked concept, the structure and the core elements of technical management system more clear; and on the basis of situation of technology management of the China United Cement Group, I carried out a detailed theoretical exploration and elaboration, I claimed that the innovation of Technology Management System of must obey with four rules, with the combination of intensive, meticulous and informatized develop simultaneously, emphasizing technology innovation and technology innovation management, the implementation of continuous improvement, paying more attention to business process reengineering. On these principles, China United Cement Group needs to achieve technology center as the core of the supporting tissue intensive, center of technology management, use a method of a structure text to manage equipment and quality, sophisticated technology talent and technology innovation management and strengthen the construction of information. What is more, the leadership, incentive, cultural and institution should enhance the operation of technology management. The main contributions of this paper is that I study the characteristic of the technology management of the cement industry, development a case of technology management, aiming to give some advise to China United Cement Group and China cement industry. | |
