中文摘要:本文是对山西高平前和煤业营销与管理创新策略的系统研究,研究的主要内容包括以下三个方面:深入探究创新理论和可持续发展理论。在知识经济的今天,在创新理论和可持续发展理论的指导下,实事求是地坚持科学发展观,坚持创新,开拓进取,企业才能取得更大的成绩。所以,深入研究两大理论的指导意义和实践价值,就显得尤为重要。只有突破思维瓶颈,并在完善健全的制度保障下,企业才能实现规避风险,走绿色健康、创新可持续发展之路。前和煤业发展轨迹探究和战略定位。依托国家政策,尤其是山西省煤炭资源整合政策,结合煤炭企业发展特点,在系统分析山西高平前和煤业有限公司发展史的基础上,从管理模式、营销模式等方面,探究新形势下煤业集团化发展之路的必然性,并为企业营销与管理创新发展提供有力平台。更新思想,调研市场,是进行企业战略定位的先决。创新发展、可持续发展模式,产经销均衡发展一体化,“大营销”理念的坚定树立,管理为营销服务的意识等,都是前和煤业发展中要面对的因素。树立大营销理念,在人性化管理、精细化管理前提下,使企业走产经销均衡发展之路。对于煤炭这种商品而言,市场营销不是简单地等同于普通商品的销售,而是一种以实现可利用资源利润最大化为目的的企业活动;它不是一个孤立的单一行为,而是一个完整的过程。在这个活动过程中,以全员营销、深度营销为指导,既要建立一支稳定高效的营销队伍,又要大胆创新方法,实现绿色营销、网络营销、关系营销、文化营销。人性化管理作为结合制度与人性之间的一种管理方式,正被越来越多的企业和员工所推崇,并逐渐成为当今企业管理发展的新趋势。管理精细化管理是一种全面管理模式,要将这种管理模式引向深入,向工作态度、工作方式、职业素质和职业道德等深层次发展,就必须用企业文化来引领,使企业上下都有统一的思想、统一的价值观念。 
英文摘要:This article is the systematic research about Gaoping QIAN HE Coal marketing and management innovative strategies. The main contents include the following three areas: 1. Making an intensive study of the innovation and sustainable development theory. With today's knowledge economy, under the guidance of the innovation and the theory of sustainable development, realistically insist on scientific concept of development, persisting in innovation, forging ahead, enterprises can achieve greater results.So, make an in-depth study on the two major theoretical significance and practical value, it is particularly important.Only breakthrough the bottleneck of thinking, and under the protection of improved perfection system , enterprises can realize the risk-averse action, take the road of green health, innovation and sustainable development. 2. The developing course and strategic positioning of QIAN HE COAL CO.Rely on national policy, especially the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province policy, combined with the characteristics of the coal business development, on the basis of systems analysis QIAN HE Coal Co.development history,and to explore the necessity of coal group's development under the new stuation from the management position and production position and provide a strong platform forenterprises' marketing and innovation development.Enrich the thinking and market researchment, is the prerequisite of the company strategic positioning.Cycle model of economic development, balanced development of integrated production distribution, the "big marketing" concept of establishing, The concept of Managerment doing service for Marketing and so on. 3.Establishing a great marketing idea, and under the human management, and meticulous management, balanced development,marketing and production.For coal, this commodity, the marketing is not simply equated with general merchandise sales, but a enterprice activities which in order to achieve the maximum available resources; it is not a single isolated action, but a complete process.
