中文摘要：	近年来，“管理整合(Management Integration)”概念被国内学术界尤其是企业界广泛使用。所谓“管理整合”，是指对管理结构及其内在联系进行重构并形成新的一体化的过程。但从目前笔者搜集的较为广泛的文献看，国内外学术界还没有对这一理论范畴进行研究，管理整合在具体行业中的实践应用还十分不足。无论从理论上还是实践上，对管理整合的深入研究都十分迫切和必要。针对上述问题，笔者通过实践所得到的认识阐述管理整合的内涵及所要研究的对象，在此基础上，分析了研究问题引出以及解决问题的理论基础，其主要从管理的基本结构、基本维度和基本属性三个方面阐述管理整合的理论基础。在上述理论分析的基础上，笔者以南方水泥有限公司为案例，基于公司的内外部环境，分析了管理者的必要性及其存在的问题，并分析了管理整合的基本思路。通过案例的基本背景分析，笔者提炼出该公司管理整合的完成过程，并根据所要解决的问题，构建管理整合的价值模型；然而，阐述旨在实现该模型所构建的价值目标的战略定位。本文在最后阐述了系统完成管理整合工作所需要的运营体系与支撑体系，其中运行体系主要包括采购、生产、营销等方面，管理整合实践的支撑体系主要包括财务、人力资源、信息系统与企业文化四个方面。本文的研究内容对管理整合理论的扩展和方法论的应用进行了探索，其研究结论对水泥行业的管理整合经验提供了依据。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the concept of Management Integration has been widely used in the academic circles and business circles. The meaning of Management Integration is that the integration of management structure and its internal connecting link in order to form the management process of unify. However, at present, the uniform theory system of Management Integration has been not formed; the practice of Management Integration in the one industry has been not enough. Based on the problem of the theory and the practice of Management Integration, this thesis analyses the meaning and the research object of Management Integration, and states the theory basic from the perspective of management structure, basic dimension and nature.Based on the theory analyses of Management Integration, this thesis Take the Case of South Cement Company Limited to analyze the necessity for implement of Management Integration base on the internal and external environment. Furthermore, this thesis analyze the thoughts how to carry out Management Integration for South Cement Company Limited. Based on the background of South Cement Company Limited, this thesis abstracts the process of Management Integration and pointing at the problem of South Cement Company Limited, this thesis construct the value model of Management Integration and point out the strategic position. Lastly, this thesis discuss the operating system, including purchasing, producing, and marketing, and supporting system, including finance management, human resources management, information system management and firm culture management for the effective implement of Management Integration. The content of this thesis expands the theory of Management Integration, and the conclusion of this thesis can guide the firms in the cement industry.
