中文摘要：	南滨农场创建于1952年，是我国最南端的一家国营农垦企业，地处三亚市镜内，与著名的天涯海角风景区和南山生态旅游区毗邻，环岛高速公路贯穿农场，距三亚市中心42公里，三亚凤凰国际机场35公里，即将建成的三亚货运码头、南山火车站与农场相距不到3公里，地理位置优越，水、陆、空运输极为便利。农场现有橡胶种植面积3.8万亩，芒果4万亩，标准化香蕉1万亩基地，1万亩优质反季节瓜菜，还有400亩良种良苗。南滨的高效农业从1986年起步，历经近20年的发展，南滨高效农业已是驰名岛内外。在海南建设国际旅游岛、海南省农垦总局要求各农场招商引资发展现代农业的大背景下，南滨农场结合南滨毗邻三亚的地缘优势，充分发挥高效农业资源的优势，联接两种优势资源，打造高效农业生态旅游产业。目前南滨农场推出的“南滨农场现代高效农业生产示范基地项目”得到了海南省农垦总局的批复同意。农场打算股份制的形式，组建项目，推进这个主体项目的建设，并通过项目建设最大限度发挥示范带动作用，强力推动南滨高效农业生态旅游产业的发展。本研究通过对南滨高效农业生态旅游产业提出的背景、优势、存在问题，南滨发展高效农业生态旅游产业面临的经济社会等外部环境和自身的内部环境进行深入浅出的阐述。结合“南滨农场现代高效农业生产示范基地项目”的策划，高屋建瓴地制定了南滨高效农业生态旅游产业的发展战略。在此基础上，结合南滨实际情况，从不同层面，较为详细地提出了一系列实现南滨高效农业生态旅游的对策及实际操作措施。既勾勒了南滨高效农业生态旅游的蓝图，也工笔细描了实现产业蓝图的路线图，为南滨农场未来发展指明的方向和实现措施，具有很强指导性和操作性。

I will try to express simple language description with profound theories. Combination of" Nanbin state of farm of efficient modern agriculture demonstration base project" planning, sweeping down irresistibly from a commanding height for Nanbin of efficient ecological agriculture tourism industry development strategy. On the basis of this, combined with the actual situation of the Nanbin, from different aspects, I want to propose a series of Nanbin efficient ecological agriculture tourism countermeasures and practice measures in detail. Both the outline of the Nanbin of efficient ecological agriculture tourism map, also realize meticulous small painted blue print of industry future, specified direction and implementation measures will have very strong defectiveness and practical operation for the development of Nanbin’s future.
