中文摘要: | 海南农垦南田农场创建于1952年1月,是在计划经济体制下形成的,具有明显企业特征,同时又承担着社会和民生职责,还带有半军事化痕迹,亦城亦乡,亦工亦农、亦政亦企的特殊经济体制。南田农场在建场之初以单一生产橡胶为主,担负着为国家提供战略物资的光荣使命,1979年受到国务院的嘉奖,但在计划经济向市场经济转轨时期,由于产业单一和“人老、树老、场老”各种原因,加上机制和体制上存在问题,使南田农场逐步沦落为全国农垦十大亏损企业之一,海南农垦五大贫困农场之首。新时期南田人在新任党委班子的带领下,大胆调整产业结构,发展高科技农业和旅游业,靠勤劳和智慧逐渐走向复兴,创造了海南农垦史上一个又一个奇迹,在农场由传统农业向现代企业的华丽转身中,独具特色的企业文化逐渐成形。企业文化是企业的灵魂和精神支柱,随着经济全球化和新经济时代的到来,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业要想取得竞争优势,就必须重视其优秀的企业文化建设,企业文化建设的根本目的,就是要通过树立以人为本的管理观念,提升企业的内在潜力,增强企业的核心竞争力,这就是“文化软实力”的深刻内涵。南田优秀的企业文化有力地促进了企业的发展,产生了良好的经济效益,使职工过上了幸福的生活。下一步当企业的规模逐渐壮大,企业的声誉日渐隆起的时候,企业文化应该朝“以人为本”的方向发展,承担起更多的社会责任,同时给职工提供一个良好的工作、成长环境,使职工的素质得到普遍提高,这样职工才能以企业为家,安心工作,为企业创造更多的财富,才能实现其打造“百年名企”的目标。本文通过对南田农场发展现状,企业文化形成、发展及作用和其成因进行分析,论证南田农场企业文化建设,必须通过进一步加强南田农场的物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化等建设来不断丰富和完善;同时,本文通过定性与实证分析,得出南田农场企业文化建设在企业转型期的建设关键在于创新的论断,包括理念创新、技术创新、管理创新、体制创新、经营创新等。希望对南田先进企业文化建设和管理有一定的借鉴和推动作用。 | |
英文摘要: | Nantian Farm was formed in 1952 with characteristics of the planned economy system.Though its achievements was praised by State Council in 1979, Nantian Farm had a lot of difficulty in operation and management because of unsuitable enterprise culture. The Nantian Farm wants to gain competitive advantage, so they pay attention to advance enterprise culture, such as undertaking less social responsibility, providing employees with better working environment to create more wealth for the enterprise. Rely on the diligence and wisdom of new party group , Nantian Farm had turnned from the traditional agriculture to the modern enterprise. This article focus to the Nantian Farm’s enterprise culture formation, development and function. It was found that concept of innovation is the key factory of enterprise culture in this farm, includingtechnological innovation, management innovation, system innovation and management innovation. We hope this could help Nantian Farm keep constructing enterprise culture , establishing the fundamental purpose, people-oriented management concept, enhancing its comprehensive , quality of management, and core competitiveness, until the "a hundred years enterprises " target come true.
