中文摘要：	20世纪90年代以来，“城市定位”一词开始广泛应用于各个城市发展战略、城市规划、城市政府工作报告中。新世纪的工业化、信息化大潮是历史的必然，也是所有新老城市必须面对的新课题。全球化进程加快，城市在工业、科技、农业等方面的作用日趋重大。从内部看，城市定位直接决定城市未来的发展方向和发展路径，而从地区框架看，一个城市的定位关系地区经济的发展效率和整体协调。区域经济的发展需要区域内城市进行不拘一格、各具特色、持续健康的城市定位，为包容性区域经济的可持续发展和全方面发展服务。可以说，城市定位决定城市的发展方向和发展路径的曲折或顺利与否。本文将寿光的全国生态型城市的城市定位战略进行系统解构，从定位的角度解读寿光城市定位的思路和定位选择的形成，包括寿光的生态定位、文化定位和现代定位，为寿光的城市发展找到着力点的同时拓展一条适合寿光自身特质的城市发展道路。本论文建立在城市研究、营销定位的角度研究一个城市的城市定位，赋予城市定位新的思路。本论文共分六章。第一章绪论，主要介绍论文的研究背景和研究意义、研究思路和研究方法以及研究框架。第二章对国内外相关经典理论进行回顾，为本文研究提供理论支撑。第三章从寿光的历史沿革到发展现状，从寿光的宏观环境分析寿光城市定位的北京环境，并进行寿光城市发展的SWOT分析，明确寿光城市定位的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。第四章基于环境分析给出寿光全国生态城市定位的战略选择。第五章从城市规划和城市营销两个维度阐述寿光城市定位实施对策和保障。第六章为结论，对本文的研究进行归纳和总结。本文的创新在于通过理论和实际相结合的研究，阐述了寿光城市定位战略的形成，并从实际操作的角度对寿光城市定位的实施提出对策和建议。
英文摘要：	Since the 1990 s, "City Positioning" is a word began to be used in every city development strategy, city planning, as well as government work report. The new century the industrialization, the information is historically inevitable tide, as well as all new and old city must face new topic. As the development of globalization and industrialization, cities play an increasingly important role in science, technology and agriculture. Seen from within, the orientation of the city directly determine the future direction of the city and development path, and from regional framework look, a city locating relation of regional economy development and the efficiency of the whole coordination. Regional economic development needs of the cities within the region eclectic, unique, sustainable and healthy urban location, for inclusiveness regional sustainable development of the economy and the entire aspect development services. Can say, the orientation of the city decided to the development of the city and development direction of the path twists or smooth or not. This paper will be of the national ecological city Shouguang city orientation strategy system from the orientation, deconstruction's point of view the idea and the orientation of the city Shouguang location choice, including the formation of the ecological orientation, Shouguang cultural orientation and modern orientation for the development of the city, Shouguang and expand its point to find a suitable for their own characteristics of urban development Shouguang road. This paper based on urban studies, the Angle of the marketing positioning of a city, the orientation of the city to the orientation of the city new ideas. This paper is divided into six chapters. In chapter 6 of this research conclusion, were summarized in the paper. This paper is the innovation through theory and combined with the actual research, this paper expounds the strategic orientation of the city, the formation of the Shouguang. And from the angle of the actual operation of Shouguang, the implementation of the orientation of the city to propose the countermeasure and the suggestion.
