中文摘要:企业持续发展的动力主要来自产品创新,越来越多的公司凭借新产品取得竞争优势,但是新产品开发失败率高,取得成功的机会低。新产品开发流程是研发管理体系的核心,快速响应市场变化的新产品开发流程是决定公司核心竞争力的关键。本论文将T公司新产品开发流程的设计作为研究目标。本论文首先进行了理论综述,总结了国外在新产品开发流程方面比较成熟的三种理论,包括阶段关口管理体系(SGS)、产品及生命周期优化法(PACE)以及集成产品开发(IPD)理论的核心思想、理论框架、主要论点等,同时对三种理论的差别、优缺点、适用范围进行了探讨。其次,对T公司新产品流程存在的问题进行剖析,主要包括组织管理、产品战略、市场需求定位、流程结构化和效率、资源配置、技术管理和产品战略的协同等六个方面的问题。然后,根据问题分析,灵活运用三种理论,设计了T公司的新产品开发流程。主要包括组织设计、产品战略和市场管理流程、结构化开发流程、管道管理、技术管理等五个方面。 T公司新产品开发流程的建立,为T公司新产品开发管理引入了新的理念,解决了T公司新产品开发过程中出现的一系列问题,为提高新产品开发的成功率奠定了基础,同时为食品行业的新产品开发流程提供了理论依据和实践借鉴,具有一定的现实意义。 
英文摘要:Corporate sustainable development driven mainly by product innovation, more and more companies gain a competitive advantage with new products, but the failure rate of new product development is high, with chance of success low. New product development process is the core of R & D management system, whichin quick response to market changes is determinant to the company's core competitiveness. The primary of the paper is T companydesign of new product development process. At first, theoretical research is carried out. Three foreign theories of new product development process are introduced, including Stage-Gate System (SGS), Product and Cycle-time Excellence (PACE) and Integrated Product Development (IPD), of which core idea, theoretical framework, main argument and implementation guide are summarized. Meanwhile, difference between the three theories, advantage and disadvantage, scope of application of them are also discussed. Secondly, problems which exist in T's new product process are analyzed in the following six aspects: organizational management, product strategy, market demand positioning, structuralization and efficiency of process, resource allocation and coordination of technology management and product strategy. Thirdly, based on problem analysis, T's new product development process is designed with flexible use of the three theories, mainly including five aspects such as organizational design, product strategy and market management process, structured development process, pipeline management and technology management. New product development process of T company is established to bring in a new concept for new product development management, to solve a series of problems emerging in the process of T company new product development, and to lay the foundation for higher success rate of new product development. Meanwhile, establishment of new product development process also provides theoretical basis and practical brokering for food industry involved in new product development process, and has a certain practical significance.
