中文摘要：	商业模式的设计是商业策略的一个组成部分。将商业模式实施到公司的组织结构（包括机构设置、人力资源和工作流等）及系统（包括生产线和IT架构等）中则是商业运作的一部分。商业模式和商业模式设计意指在公司战略层面上对商业逻辑的定义。随中国经济结构调整的不断增强，商业竞争也已经从产品竞争、企业竞争、产业链竞争过渡到商业模式竞争阶段，企业需要更好的学习和理解如何从商业模式的设计中为企业找到新市场与空白市场 。商业模式对企业的发展具有重要作用。海南农垦集团农业产业板块具有得天独厚的自然条件和丰富的土地资源优势，但传统的商业模式弊端凸显，严重制约了农业产业的发展。因此，必须尽快探索、实施适合农垦集团农业产业发展的新的商业模式。近年来，农业全产业链商业模式在国内一些农业企业的应用中获得了巨大的成功。本研究通过对农垦集团自身资源优势、发展机遇、存在问题的深入分析，结合农业行业特点，借鉴中粮集团全产业链商业模式的成功经验，提出“以全产业链协同管理为基础的双核运营模式”，并为此提出具体的商业模式设计方案，为实现海南农垦集团农业板块产业资源整合、产业结构升级，推进现代农业产业化发展提供依据，同时为农业商业模式理论的创新研究提供新的思路。
英文摘要：	Business model design is part of a business strategy. The business model to the implementation of the organizational structure of the company ( including the institutions, human resources and workflow ) and system ( including the product line and IT Architecture ) is a part of the business operation. Business model and business model design means in company strategy level of business logic definition. With the adjustment of Chinese economic structure unceasing enhancement, commercial competition is from product competition, competition, competition in the transition to industrial chain business model competition stage, enterprises need to better learn and understand how the business model design for enterprises to find new markets and gaps in the market. Business model plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Agricultural sector of Hainan State Farms Group Co.,Ltd has a unique natural conditions and rich land resources, but highlights the disadvantage of the traditional business model, which has seriously restricted the development of agricultural industry. Therefore, we must explore and implement the new business model suitable for the agricultural sector development for HSF as soon as possible . In recent years, the whole industrial chain business model of agriculture in the domestic application of some agricultural enterprises was a great success. Based on the deep analysis of HSF’s own resources advantage, development opportunities and its existing problems, combined with the agricultural industry characteristics, and taking COFCO’s successful experience of the whole industrial chain business model, this study puts forward " dual-core operations mode based on the whole industry chain collaborative management ", and gives the specific business model design. It provides a basis for the resource integration of HSF’s agricultural sector, upgrading the industrial structure and promoting the industrial development of modern agriculture, while gives new ideas for the theory of the business model innovation in agriculture.
