| 中文摘要: | 质量管理是企业运营管理中重要的研究内容,质量管理的好坏直接影响到企业在市场上的竞争力。决定企业质量管理的因素有很多,本文针对企业质量管理中存在的问题进行分析,为企业提出改进意见和方法,有助于企业完善质量管理体系实现质量管理目标。本文以费希尔公司质量管理为研究对象,从全面质量管理的角度,对企业现有的质量管理体系和工作流程进行分析,论文把企业的质量管理分为企业外部质量管理和企业内部质量管理两部分进行分析讨论。在国内外质量管理理论的基础上,结合企业实际情况,对企业外部质量管理,包括供应商质量管理、物流质量管理、客户满意度管理以及其他对质量管理造成影响的外部活动进行讨论。建议在供应商选择上采用市场化和建立长期合作关系的方法,以利于降低采购成本和提高物料的质量稳定性。在供应商质量管理上应采用分级管理,突出本土化管理的重要性。维护客户关系,建立健全客户满意度调查,把客户的需求和期望转化为企业运营质量的目标,强调客户管理与绩效激励相结合,提高客户满意度。对于企业内部质量管理,包括采购与验收、仓库管理、生产过程控制、产品最终检验和处理客户投诉等进行了分析并结合相关的质量管理理论和工具提出改进和完善的方案。提倡企业重视质量文化建设和员工质量意识的培养,强调对员工的质量意识培训以及质量思想上的改造,以发展培养企业共同的质量价值观为最终目的。企业要主动进行过程改进,以不断提高自身竞争力和满足客户的更高要求。作为员工自我价值体现的一种方式,完善的绩效考核和激励制度是企业不断发展的需要,可以促进员工自我提高质量意识,是企业质量管理改进和可持续发展的内在动力。论文以全面质量管理为理论基础,企业实际运营环境为条件,完善适合费希尔公司发展的质量管理体系,为生产型企业提供一些可以借鉴的方法。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The quality management is important research contents in company operation management, quality management direct impact competitive strength of company in market. Many elements decide success of quality management in company, for open question in company operation and management, this thesis supports some improvement suggestions and methods for these open questions, it is very useful for perfect quality management system and achieve quality management goal. This thesis investigate base on Fisher Company, from total quality management side, investigate existing quality management system and analysis work flow and process. The features of thesis is that separate two sections for quality management in company, one is quality management in external, the other is quality management in internal. Base on quality management theory at home and abroad, integrate theory with practical situation, discussion to external quality management, include supplier quality management, logistics quality management, customer satisfaction and other impacted actions for quality management. To choose supplier, adopt marketization and build long-term cooperative relationship, it is beneficial to reduce cost of purchase and improve quality stability of material. To supplier quality management, adopt management at different grades, highlight localization management. Maintain customer relationship, set up customer satisfaction survey, and transform customer requirement and expectation to operation goal of company, highlight integrates customer relationship management with achievement excitation, improve customer satisfaction. To internal quality management, include purchase and inspection, warehouse management, product process control, final inspection and complain solution. Advocate paying attention to quality culture building and train quality awareness to employee. Building quality culture is systematic project, it need sense and non-sense, highlight internal excitation, set up management function of learning-oriented and self-control. To strengthen training and brainwashing, in order to reach the common sense of worth. The company initiative improve process, continue improve competitive strength and higher customer requirement. As a kind of way for employee in Self-Realization, that perfect performance appraisal and excitation mechanism is demands for sustainable development of company. It can promote that employee improve by themselves in quality awareness, and it is internal force for improving quality management and sustainable development. Base on the theory of total quality management and company operation situation, perfect quality management system, in order to suitable for development of Fisher Company, supports some methods to use as a source of reference for company of production configuration. | |
