| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 2009年,我国图书动销品种首次超过100万种,标志着我国正式成为世界出版大国。尽管如此,我国图书产业却面临着诸多困境:传统出版社模式固有的弊病、版权保护不力带来的困境、数字出版带来的冲击。面对出版业的现状,本文力图通过商业模式的分析来对图书出版行业进行全新的认识,并进而通过商业模式的创新,寻找出图书产业的一片蓝海。本文将众多研究者对于商业模式的成果进行了梳理,并将价值创新作为商业模式创新的核心。详细介绍了瑞士专家亚历山大奥斯特瓦德对于商业模式构成的分析,并将其提出的商业模式的9大构造块,作为后面分析模型的基础。在介绍了历史与现状之后,本文对我国出版产业的商业模式分门别类进行了分析。从宏观的产业格局上,将图书产业的三大流程分类:编辑、印刷、发行,进行了详细地介绍。从微观上,将传统出版社一本图书的运作流程,做了全面的讲解。在此基础上,对我国传统纸质出版和数字出版,做了商业模式上的分析。在对现有商业模式的总结、对比的基础上,重新确定市场边界,将目标客户群体从读者转向作者,转向想出版自己作品又处处受限的人。将新的模式与图书产业现有模式在蓝海战略布局图中进行对比,发现新的商业模式有着完全不同的价值曲线。通过SWOT分析,对新的商业模式进行了改进。此外,以天下出版网为案例,对于实施全新商业模式面临的困境进行了分析,进而提出要实现这一全新商业模式需要的条件。最后,在理论分析和具体实践的基础上,得出以下几点结论:1.我国图书产业内部门类的差异很大,并由此产生了商业模式上的差异。比如专业类图书,与大众类图书在客户群体、渠道等诸多方面各不相同,但与网络专业出版却有着很多近似,并有着可以整合的地方。2.我国图书产业从商业模式的创新上,有很多选择,也有着很大的市场空间。3.通过天下出版网的实践研究,我们可以看到,要实现全新出版平台模式,面临着政策瓶颈、产业瓶颈和人才瓶颈,更需要具备很多条件:政策突破、技术提升、服务完善以及信息反馈。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In 2009, the number of Chinese book kinds achieved more than one million, and Chinese book market came up to advanced world standards. Nevertheless, our publishing industry is faced with the many difficulties:the trouble of traditional model, the deletion of copyright protection, and the impact of the digital publishing. This article is desirous to find out Blue Ocean of book-publishing, by business model analysis and innovation. On the basis of conclusions of many researchers, valuable innovation is the core of the business model. The Swiss experts Alexander Osterwalder put forward the 9 building blocks of the business model, and the 9 building blocks is the basis of this article analysis. After introducing the history and the status quo of Chinese book-publishing industry, this article analyses categories of our publishing industry, according to the business model. The whole industry includes three processes: editing, printing, and distribution, and it is a good example how a book is published. Contrast to traditional business model, the new business model is built. The new business model no only serves for reader, but also serves for author. And then, the new model is analyzed by Blue Ocean model and SWOT. TianXia Publishing network is built according to the new business model. In China, this network faces to many difficulties, and it needs a lot of conditions. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of theory and practice, there are the following conclusions 1. Chinese book-publishing industry have many different business model. 2. If Chinese book-publishing industry changes its business model, market space will become larger and larger. 3. In China, the new business model will face to many difficulties, and needs a lot of conditions. | |
