中文摘要:摘 要随着制造业的蓬勃发展,企业面临的竞争日益加剧,而整个市场也日趋成熟与完备,在适者生存的激烈竞争中,企业在致力于不断创新推出新产品的同时也不可以忽视对自身运营的改善。供应链管理(Supply Chain Management)就是顺应这一需求而产生的管理工具。供应链管理主要涉及供应、生产计划、物流和需求四大领域,其中生产计划是企业运营的核心部分。按其内容又可以将其划分为计划、采购、生产、配送、回收五个步骤,其中计划是供应链管理的龙头,计划的好坏对供应链管理的结果起着最为直接的决定作用,而计划按其对象的层级又可以划分为业务规划、生产规划、主生产计划、物料需求计划、车间作业计划等优先级计划,其中主生产计划属于中长期的计划,起着承上启下的作用。然而在很多制造型企业的运营过程中,仅仅是从时间的长短上来简单的区分计划层级,忽视了各层级计划的对象,并没有真正意义上的主生产计划。或是过多依赖于短期的车间作业计划(在很多企业中将此计划直接称为生产计划)这一短期计划,结果往往难以避免被动排产,无法很好的预先控制好产能利用与库存管理。本文通过对主生产计划的理论分析,论证了主生产计划在供应链管理中的不可替代性,阐述了其对于生产计划与物料需求计划的实施,进而对库存管理的合理化的的作用。本文结合了汽车行业涂料供应商的主生产计划应用实例,验证了实施主生产计划对供应链管理的改善,同时也提出了主生产计划在此类型企业中应所用存在的局限性。 关键词:主生产计划 供应链管理 制造策略 安全库存 
英文摘要:Abstract With the rapid development of manufacturing, enterprises are facing increasing competition and the market is becoming mature and complete, the fierce competition in the survival of the fittest, the company is committed to continuous innovation in new products at the same time could not ignore improvements on their own operation. Supply Chain Management is a good tool for this need. Supply chain management primarily includes the supply, production planning, logistics and demand in which production planning is a core part of business operations. Their contents can be divided into five steps: planning, procurement, production, distribution and recycling, which planning is the leading of supply chain management. The quality of planning will be decisive for supply chain management. And based on levels of their objectives, planning could be divided into business planning, production planning, master production scheduling, material requirements planning, shop floor planning and other priority planning. MPS is a mid-long term production planning which plays an important role in linking levels of planning. However, in many manufacturing companies operation process, they distinguish planning simply from the length of time fence, ignoring the levels of their objectives, and no real master production schedule. Or some of them reliance on short-term workshop operation plan (this plan in many enterprises is called the production plan) excessively, As a result, they scheduled passively, and couldn’t control utilization of capacity or inventory management very well. Based on the theoretical analysis on the master production schedule, this paper demonstrated the irreplaceable role of MPS in the supply chain management, described its effect on implementation of production planning and material requirements planning, and also the rationalization of inventory management. In this paper, we took the example of master production scheduling application of a supplier in automotive coatings industry to verify the implementation of the master production schedule for the improvement of supply chain management, and also indicated the limitation of implementing MPS in this type of enterprises.
