| 中文摘要: | 随着经济地迅猛发展,全球化经济时代到来了,供应链管理思想也随之诞生。伴随着经济全球化,企业间的竞争日趋激烈。为了在竞争中处于优势地位,企业需要不断完善改进自身水平的同时,也需要学习和借鉴供应链的管理特点整合外部资源,使之更好的为企业服务,结为利益共同体。作为企业的上游环节,供应商就成为了研究和改善的重点。 鉴于此,本文分析了如何同供应商建立战略伙伴关系,并为达成长期合作而帮助供应商成长,提高供应商自身管理能力,生产效率,从而提供更加优质高效的服务。本文根据当前的背景,对相关理论进行回顾,主要涉及供应链、供应商和采购理论,从中总结出一些供应链管理中重要的关注点。通过结合霍尼韦尔公司的当前采购战略以及供应商绩效考核标准,找到供应商应重点着力进行配合的方向。同时霍尼韦尔公司基于不同产品类型的供应商,这其中包括电子产品供应商、包材和塑胶件供应商和其他产品供应商,每一类供应商的特点各不相同,管理方式也不尽相同。因此,本文首先分析各类产品的供应商管理水平,然后结合霍尼韦尔公司自身的战略,指出供应商需要改进的关键点,并制定出符合供应商情况整改方案。在对供应商管理水平分析后,其他产品供应商是管理的重点,因为料件种类众多,供应商也急需改善目前管理现状。基于关键控制点的供应商管理主要集中在三个方面:交货服务管理、质量管理和生产线的管理。供应商自身管理水平的提高,同时也帮助了霍尼韦尔公司很好地完成了公司的既定目标,从而使双方通过合作达到了双赢的目的,并且在合作中加深了彼此信任,形成了长期的战略合作伙伴关系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of economy, the era of global economy is coming. The ideology of supply chain management is also emerged as the same time. Caused by global economy, competition among companies is more and more fierce. In order to run in the leading position during the competition, enterprise not only needs to improve internal administration all along, but also needs to integrate external source to improve to provide higher service according to the theory of supply chain management. As the former process of enterprise, supplier becomes the emphasis of improvement and research. Whereas, this thesis is based on how to build up strategy cooperation relationship with supplier, how to instruct supplier grow up, rise up vendor internal management level and improve production efficiency to adopt to long period cooperation so that supplier can supply more effective and competitive service and product. This thesis will review some related theory of supply chain management according to current situation firstly including supply chain management, procurement management and supplier management, from which we can conclude some key factors in supply chain management. Combined with current strategy of Honeywell and supplier performance standard, Honeywell can find out the points what supplier should fully support and enhance. Supplier management level and character are not the same based on different category as well. Honeywell suppliers include electronic part suppliers, packing and plastic suppliers and other raw material suppliers. On the other hand, according to different product category Honeywell analyze supplier management level firstly, then base on Honeywell strategy indicate supplier key control points and work out the suitable solution finally. Enterprise can be benefited from supplier management level improvement also. It makes two win both enterprise and supplier. With the deeper of cooperation, each side trust in and long-term relationship is built up. | |
