| 中文摘要: | 随着社会经济持续快速发展和我国的城市化与城镇化建设对电力能源需求的迫切,作为较为环保的水轮发电机组及其与之相配套的机械设备的需求量已呈明显增长态势;同时,随着各地方城市集中供热系统的普及,特别是智能化板式换热器及机组的需求也逐渐呈现为刚性,也使与供热管线相配套的保温球阀的需求随之增长;这也说明了,如阀门和换热这些属于通用机械制造业的产业,在保证了人民生活物质基础的同时,也是国民经济的一个重要组成部分,更是关系到了我国经济长远发展和进步。但是,这因为此才加剧了企业间的激烈竞争,无论是国有、民营又或是拥有领先生产技术预占领我国市场的外商投资企业,都无不时刻面临着来自内部和外部两方面的考验和挑战。因此,如何才能根据企业自身的情况制定出适合其发展的竞争战略以求获取持久的竞争优势早已成为当今广大企业关注和研究的焦点。迈克尔·波特在他著名的《竞争战略》一书中就已指出:企业必须根据自身的实际情况,在基本竞争战略中选择其一来构建本企业的竞争优势,以避免产生“陷在中间”的窘境。在此理论中,根据竞争战略的三种基本模式,为本文在相关的后续理论和实例研究中奠定了理论基础。本文以TIM公司,一家以阀门和换热器产品为主营业务的国有重组通用机械制造企业为实例,以波特的竞争战略为主要理论依据,结合本人多年从事通用机械制造业的工作经验,通过大量的查阅文献,同时有针对性的研究通过访谈等方法获得的数据资料,以求对TIM公司所在的竞争环境进行深入的研究和分析。本文通过分别对竞争对手和TIM公司的内、外部现状进行分析,找出了TIM公司的企业优势和劣势,从而制定出了符合TIM公司长足发展的竞争战略,并构建了可供TIM公司发挥持续竞争优势的相关对策,最后利用价值链相关理论对TIM公司价值链进行分析和识别,利用资源和能力理论对TIM公司的资源与能力进行研究和分析,以提出建议性的实施对策,从而使本文的研究结论和观点,无论是对TIM公司还是对其他相似企业,都具有一定的现实参考和借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the speed & continuing development of China economy and the civilization process planning from government, there are releasing the rigid needs for power equipment and relating spare parts. The hydro power plant (with the relating running equipment)is considered as the power saving and environment protected equipment and had been supported by government polity to be development more and more. And the city civil heating equipment (e.g. heating exchangers, heating exchanger units, heating welding valves) is also urgently in need, especially for the intelligent heating exchanger units. Anyway, the valve and heating exchanger equipment products are all basic and common industry and had taken the critical role in the economy development and future developing plan. Anyway, in China there are many companies working in valves and heating exchanger equipments, no matter the state-owned company, private company or foreign joint venture company, all of them are striving in the challenge of internal and external environment. Now the key study topic is How to make the right development strategy to keep it survive in long terms. As the theory support of the famous study by Michael Potter said in Competition Strategy, the enterprise had found out the competition strategy to structure the competitive edge for the long term development. The competition strategy are divided into cost priority strategy, differentiation strategy and centralization strategy, which had been considered as the basic theory for the exact industrial case study. In this thesis, the writer takes TIM stated-owned enterprise with the valve and heating exchanger machinery products as example, Competition Strategy theory as the tools article reading & data analysis and experience from the writer working career to analyze the detailed strategy for TIM enterprise long term development. From the competitor comparison and internal & external environment analysis, we will find out the advantage and disadvantage of TIM enterprise and make the conclusion on development strategy and countermeasures. In the end, the valve chain and resources & ability theory will help us to analyze and recognize the internal resources of TIM. With the conclusion and strategy, they are not only helpful for TIM enterprise but also for all of the similar industries. | |
