| 中文摘要: | 组织惯性是指一种组织系统运行一段期间后,除去外部力量的作用,而偏好沿着原有路径继续运作的属性。一味遵循惯性意味着危机,过去的成功经验,也会使你固步不前,以至于妨碍组织的发展。许多曾经辉煌的企业之所以衰落,并非是它们面对环境无能为力,而是不能随着时代的发展变化而迅速地做出调整,一味恪守前人成功的经验,不能敏锐把握未来发展方向,不敢突破、不敢创新,被组织惯性束缚着,在昨日的教训上平白失掉了明天的机会,也丧失了自我成长的空间。电力企业作为国有大型垄断企业,一直以企业垄断、稳定著称,分析其组织现状不难发现电力企业存在组织结构繁杂,管理模式上多采用旧时层级复杂的办法和手段。而当今,面临新能源技术的发展、面对全球经济危机和快速发展的经济市场,传统的管理模式难以迎接新的挑战。本文试图通过对电力企业组织惯性的分析,针对其形成原因和决策模式讨论电力企业组织惯性变革的方法。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Organizational inertia refers to a period after the system is running the organization, remove the role of external forces, while the preferred path to continue to operate along the existing property. Inertia means that blindly follow the crisis, the success of past experience, but also make solid steps you do not before, that hinder the organization's development.
