| 中文摘要: | 摘 要近几年来,随着全球经济一体化和政治、经济、社会和科技的发展,工程建设业面临的竞争压力不断增加。火电建设更是由于其建设周期长,投资金额巨大,参与单位众多,技术工艺复杂以及地理分布广等特点,造成建设过程中普遍存在诸多风险和如何提高项目有效管理等因素。这些因素的存在不仅直接影响项目质量、工期和建设费用,也会降低工程项目的利润。目前我国的火电项目风险管理尚处于起步阶段,存在诸多影响项目管理的不利因素,例如项目管理者的风险意识淡薄,风险管理能力较差,因此,对火电项目进行全面风险管理十分重要。其中对于火电建设企业来说,建设期的风险尤为突出,因而在现阶段对火电建设项目建设期的风险管理进行深入研究势在必行。本文系统地介绍了目前我国火电项目风险管理的发展及现状,对工程项目风险的因素、工程项目风险的识别以及分析评估、应对、规避、监控等进行了深入的研究;并运用实证分析方法对水洞沟火电工程施工过程中的风险进行了分析和管理,力图从理论和方法上为项目管理者提供一种重要的风险管理的办法和思路。本文研究成果不仅对火电项目风险管理有一个基本的了解, 也有助于增强火电项目风险管理者的风险意识,提高风险管理能力。 关键词: 火电项目 风险管理 评估 监控 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With global economic integration and political, economic, social and technological development in recent years, the engineering construction industry has encountered increasing competitive pressure. Thermal power plant construction projects have lots of risk factors such as project quality, construction period and building costs etc. owing to their long construction time, high investment costs, involved numerous parties, complex techniques and widely geographical distribution. In order to improve the benefits and success of these projects, it is important to understand and control the risk management of power plant project. At present, the risk management of the domestic power plant project is being an initial step, and there are many unfavorable factors in the project management, such as lower risk consciousness, poor risk management ability. It is quite important that the comprehensive risk management for power plant project is carried out. The risk of construction period is especially noticeable for thermal power construction enterprise, and the construction time risk management of power plant projects has to be carried out and deeply investigated currently. In this thesis, the risk management history and present status of the domestic thermal power project are systematically introduced. And the factors of the engineering project risk were investigated and its identification, evaluation, solution, avoidance and monitoring were also analyzed. Based on the construction risk management of Shuidonggou thermal power project, the risk management method and idea were described for project managers by means of case explains. The investigation results are very helpful to learn the risk management of the thermal power project and to improve the risk consciousness and risk management ability for thermal power project managers.
