| 中文摘要: | 近些年来,企业家道德问题得到越来越多的关注。尤其是2008年席卷全球的金融危机之后,企业家道德问题更是成为了国内外学者和实践界关注的焦点话题。对于旅游业而言,近几年频发的道德事件,更是让更多的人开始关注这个行业的道德状况,质疑企业家的个人道德。见于企业家道德问题对经济发展和社会稳定的重要影响,温家宝总理曾在诸多场合呼吁“企业家身上应该流淌着道德的血液”,可见对企业家道德问题进行研究已经迫在眉睫。通过文献综述可以发现,企业家道德问题的研究早已有之,但是多数是规范性研究,实证研究较少,抽象的描述缺乏说服力和可操作性;而且以往的研究多是从道德规范的角度,研究静态的企业家道德,道德说教和道德谴责的色彩较浓。然而,我们通过文献研究和对现实的观察发现,企业家道德是发展的,会经历由低级阶段向高级阶段发展的过程。如果能够从发展的视角,动态的看待企业家道德,不仅可以揭示不同阶段企业家的道德特点和行为方式,让企业家明白自己方向是否正确和值得,从而给他们安全感,而且可以给企业家一个相对明确的道德修炼方向,照耀和指引企业家前行。对企业家道德发展问题进行研究还有一个特殊的地方,就是企业家道德的变化会影响企业道德的变化,用道德力理论表示就是企业家道德力会传递给企业,影响企业的道德,这样两个问题就成为了一个有机的整体,科学地揭示其内在的规律对于指导实践具有重要的意义。企业家道德是如何发展,企业家道德如何影响企业道德,即企业家道德力传递的机理是什么,就成了本论文的研究焦点。根据本研究的特点,我们利用多案例研究方法,在国内选取了若干位企业家进行了深度访谈,通过深度访谈方法获取了多案例研究所需的数据资料。通过对数据的编码分析、比较分析和文献比较研究,探索发现了企业家道德发展的四个阶段,由低到高依次是道德失范性阶段、道德遵从性阶段、道德资本性阶段和道德皈依性阶段,同时结合企业家道德发展的特征和影响因素等,构建了企业家道德发展阶段理论模型,以便更加直观的、全面的指导人们认识企业家道德发展的内在规律。为了更加科学地揭示企业家道德发展各个阶段的特征,在案例研究的基础上,我们借鉴国外相关研究经验,从人的主体性、道德态度和道德行为三个维度出发,设计了构成企业家道德发展不同阶段的特征因子,每个阶段包括三个,一共十二个因子:第一阶段包括自私人、重利轻义和投机,第二阶段包括本分人、遵守底线和服从,第三阶段包括功利人、利己利他和交换,第四阶段包括觉悟人、利他忘我和慈善。然后以四个阶段、十二个因子为指导,编制了企业家道德发展调研问卷,尝试对企业家道德发展各个阶段的特征进行定量研究。通过对482个有效样本的数据分析,探索发现了预设的12个因子,数据也较为理想,证明企业家道德发展阶段的特征因子预设是成立的。这样就相对科学的证实了企业家道德发展各个阶段的总体特征。接下来要回答的是不同阶段的企业家的道德力传递机理是什么?也就是企业家道德是如何影响企业道德的?根据这一问题的研究特点,研究仍然采用案例研究方法对其进行研究。为了保持前后研究的内部一致性,提高研究结论的说服力,研究从前面的案例中遴选了若干更具有代表性的案例进行了多案例研究,通过对数据的编码处理、综合分析以及文献比较,研究发现了企业家道德力传递的“十大机理”,同时以十大机理为核心内容,在反复讨论的基础上,构建了企业家道德力传递机理模型,并对模型进行了解释。本研究的创新之处在于,提出了企业家道德发展四阶段理论;构建了企业家道德发展阶段和道德力传递机理模型,发现了新的事实并做了解释;开发了企业家道德发展调研问卷,发现了新的研究工具。总之,企业家道德发展和道德力传递问题是一个非常具有理论和现实意义的问题,本研究提出的企业家道德发展四阶段理论,开发的企业家道德调研问卷,构建的企业家道德发展阶段模型、企业家道德力传递机理模型等内容,对于丰富和发展企业家成长理论、企业家道德理论和道德型领导理论等都具有重要的理论意义,对于指导企业家认识自我道德状态、树立卓越的道德定位以及指导企业、政府和投资机构等的管理实践等也具有重要的现实意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | For these years,more and more people begin to pay attention to the problem of Entrepreneurial morality. Especially, after the financial crisis in 2008, it has been the focus problem of scholars and practitioners paying attention to. As far as the tourism industry is concerned, some moral accidents happened in these yeas have attracted many people paid attention to its moral situation and queried its entrepreneurial morality level. Considering the important influence of entrepreneurs’ morality on the economy and social development, premier Wen Jiabao appealed in many occasions that entrepreneurial bodies should flow moral blood. This shows that the problem of entrepreneurs’ morality should be researched imminently. We find that some scholars have done some studies on the entrepreneurs’ morality by reading literatures. However, most of them are the value studies, few of them are empirical studies. This kind of study is lack of persuasion and Maneuverability. At the same time, they did the studies from the view of moral principle which is a static angle and have strong color of moral preaching and condemn. But we find that entrepreneurs’ morality is developing, which can be divided into different stages from the low to the high. If we do the study on the entrepreneurs’ morality from the perspective of moral development, we can reveal the difference of character of entrepreneurs’ morality and its behavior patterns in different moral stages. It can help entrepreneurs judge whether its moral object is right or not. And it can give a clear moral developing direction too, which can give a guide to the entrepreneurs. Otherwise, the study on the problem of entrepreneurs’ morality has its particularity which is entrepreneurial morality changing has an influence on his or her enterprise’s morality. If we express it using the theory of the power of morality, that is to say, the entrepreneurial power of morality can transfer to the enterprise, influencing the morality of enterprise. As a result, the two problems have been an organic whole. To discover their intrinsic principle has important meaning to the practice. How developing is the entrepreneurial morality? How to influence enterprise’s morality is the entrepreneurs’ morality? They are the two focus problems of this dissertation. According to the character of this study, we do the study using multiple case study method. The means of getting data is in-depth individual interviews method. We select some entrepreneurs from China, getting the research data using in-depth individual interviews method. We explore four stages about entrepreneurs’ morality developing, which are moral anomie stage, moral obedient stage, moral capital stage and moral converting stage. In order to reveal its principle more intuitive and comprehensive, which can help people understand entrepreneurial morality development, we construct the theory model of entrepreneurial moral developing stage. Based on the result of case study, in order to confirm the character of entrepreneurial morality developing stage, we draw lessons from the abroad scholars’ research; construct 12 characteristic factor of different moral stage from the angle of subjectivity, moral attitude and moral behavior. The first stage includes selfish person, seeking huge profit and making light of responsibility, speculate; the second stage includes duty person, complying with the moral bottom line and obey; the third stage includes utilitarian person, egoism and altruism and exchange; the fourth stage includes conscious person, altruistic dedication and charity. Then we develop research questionnaire of entrepreneurial morality development based on these 12 factors. By analyzing 482 valid questionnaires, we explore 12 factors which are consistent with the tentative idea. It accurately prove different stage’s characteristic of entrepreneurial moral development. Then, we need to study the mechanism of the power of morality transferring in different moral developing stages. According to its specialty, we still use multiple case study method to do the study. In order to keep the study consistence of the two problems, the cases of this part selected from the cases above. By coding the data, Comprehensive analysis and literature comparison analysis, we find 10 mechanisms. Then we construct mechanism model and explain its content. The innovation of this study includes : we put forward entrepreneurial morality developing four stage theory, construct stage model and power of morality transferring mechanism model, develop entrepreneurial morality developing questionnaire, finding new research instrument. In a word, the two problems have important meanings in theory and practice. The entrepreneurial morality developing four stage theory, the theory model of entrepreneurial morality developing stage, the research questionnaire of entrepreneurial morality development and the model of the power of morality transferring mechanism have important meanings in helping entrepreneur know themselves moral level, establishing excellent moral location and guiding the management of government, enterprise and investment mechanism. | |
