中文摘要:西门子家电从1995年进入中国以来,由起初累计亏损5亿元到2000年之后连续每年赢利3亿元,时间之短、盈利幅度之大,无不引起社会各界的关注,西门子家电的快速发展和盈利模式的确有它的独到之处。本文从分析近代学者对商业模式研究的理论根源入手,综合了国内外专家对商业模式定义及组成要素的研究成果以及商业模式的历史根源、理论依据、发展方向等方面的理论认识,结合家电领域的市场特点,从其盈利模式、生产模式、营销模式、管理模式以及战略扩张模式等方面探究了西门子家电在华发展的商业模式现状,力求全面、清晰地剖析出值得国内企业借鉴的商业模式及发展策略。在现代汹涌的经济浪潮中,企业生存与发展成为重要主题,要想适应中国经济制度实现企业快速发展,作为德国独资的西门子家电同样存在不足之处,本文简单地分析了制约西门子家电后期发展的问题所在,同时也在一定程度上提出了解决方案。共分五个章节,第一章简单地阐述商业模式的神秘之处,引出它的来源并介绍其研究的意义;第二章分析商业模式的内涵、组成以及变革趋势的理论基础;第三章从西门子家电的盈利模式、营销模式、管理模式、生产模式以及战略扩张模式等方面分析商业模式现状,可借鉴的地方和存在的问题;第四章分析西门子家电商业模式在现有状态下创新变革的可行性,以及商业模式变革的方向,并提出了改进的措施;第五章总结论述本文的主要内容及研究的收获。 
英文摘要:As a German invested company, Siemens has its own unique development track among the multinational companies in the home appliance field. Since 1995 Siemens home appliance landed in China, it attracted a lot of attention of all sectors of society since Siemens make the accumulated deficit 500 million yuan at the beginning changed into the 300 million profits each year since 2000 in nothing flat that it can prove the fast development and the profit model of Siemens home appliance does have its unique. This thesis analyzes the necessity of Chinese profit of Siemens home appliance from the point of view of the development strategy of the subsidiary of the multinational company. After that, I will focus on the industry current situation of the business model of Siemens home appliance to analyze the advantage and the existing problem under the background of the home appliance. And then through the reach of the formation elements of its business model item by item, I clear up the design concept and the revolution direction of the business model of Siemens home appliance, so that I can found out the conditional problems which may be used for reference to choose the suitable development business model of the domestic companies. This thesis has five chapters.The first chapter simply shows the secret of business model.And then, it proposes the real meaning and the composition of business model in the second part. The third chapter deeply reasearches the all round of Siemens home appliance business model from profit making, product, marketing,management and strategy developing. It demonstrates the development of Siemens home appliance business model , the shortage and strongtage in the forth chapter. At last, it sumerrizes the main content of the essay.
