中文摘要：	近几年，我国的国民经济飞速发展，对电力的需求量也越来越大，电力市场也进入到一个高速发展的阶段，随之对电厂的要求也越来越高。目前，在我国最主要的发电形式仍然是火力发电，因此，如何在有限的施工工期内，提高发电的效率成为投资方和施工方共同关注的焦点。而在整个火电厂的建设中，汽轮发电机组的安装是工作的核心部分，它的正常运行关系到电力的正常输送；汽轮发电机组的安装质量也直接决定了火力发电厂建设的质量和电力的供应情况。因此，本文基于以上原因，针对国投津能天津北疆发电厂建设中的汽轮发电机组安装项目进行了质量管理方法的研究。本文首先对项目质量管理理论进行了简单的介绍和回顾，其次对汽轮发电机组安装项目质量管理现状、存在问题及影响质量要素进行了分析；并结合其他类型机组安装项目质量管理的特点，分析了汽轮发电机组安装项目质量管理的独特性；然后重点论述了汽轮发电机组安装项目的质量管理，包括对汽轮发电机组安装质量计划编制的依据、流程进行了详细的说明，对质量计划的输出结果进行了阐述；在汽轮发电机组安装质量保证体系中，对汽轮发电机组安装质量保证体系编制的依据、构成、建立等进行了详细的说明，并对质量保证体系中的相关主要人员进行了责权任务的划分；另外从质量控制点的设置、控制的流程、控制内容以及改进的策划、实施与评价等方面对汽轮发电机组安装质量控制与改进进行了针对性的分析，并编制了试用于汽轮发电机组安装项目质量管理控制与改进的相关内容。本文结合实例，说明了项目质量管理方法和工具的实际应用，体现了项目质量管理理论与汽轮发电机组安装项目的有机结合，为汽轮发电机组安装项目的质量提供了有力的控制和保证。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the rapid development of China's national economy, the demand for electricity is also growing; the electricity market has also entered into a stage of rapid development, followed by demands for plants higher and higher. So, the improvement of the efficiency becomes to the focus of investor and constructor in the limited work time. In the fire power construction project, the installation of steam turbine is the core. Its normal operation has the relationship to the normal power transmission; and its installation quality is also directly determines the quality of power plant construction and power supply Situation. The thesis researches into the quality management method of the steam turbine installation project of Tianjin Beijiang power plantbased on the above. First, the thesis briefly introduces and reviews the project quality management theories. Second, it analyzes the present condition of steam turbine installation project quality management, problem and factors influencing the quality. Combining the other type unit installation quality management characteristics, the thesis also analyzes the uniqueness of steam turbine installation project. Then, it discusses the quality management of steam turbine installation project, including the explaining of the plan foundation and process and layout of the steam turbine installation quality. The installation quality basis, composing and establishment are explained in detail etc. The responsibility and power of the primary worker are divided in the steam turbine installation quality assurance system. In addition to, it analyzes installation the quality control and quality improvement from the quality control point setup, control process, control contents and improvement plan, implementation and evaluation etc. and plans the control and improvement contents of steam turbine installation project quality management. And combined with examples, the thesis illustrates the actually applying of quality management method and tool, and it embodies the combine of quality management theories and steam turbine installation project, and it provides a strong control and assurance for the steam turbine installation project quality.
