中文摘要：	全球经济高速发展，信息技术不断进步，现代企业面临着全球化的竞争。随着客户需求的日益变化，企业已经不是单独靠自身的能力获得成功，而是需要与供应商和客户共同合作发展。从企业与企业之间的竞争转变为供应链之间的竞争。因此供应链管理应运而生，从整个价值链角度看，供应链管理是从供应商、生产制造、到最终客户的整个链条的管理。供应链管理直接影响到整个企业的运营情况，其中采购和库存管理是供应链管理中极其重要的环节。随着供应链管理思想的逐步形成，传统的采购和库存管理已经发生了变化，供应链管理下的采购和库存管理有了更多新的要求。实现供应链的整体优化，成为提高企业核心竞争力的重要手段。 供应链管理把制造企业的业务流程纳入到一个整体中，从需求预测到采购寻源，从生产制造，到运输交付形成一个完整的价值链，使企业可以对生产成本、库存、和订单进行可视化管理，并根据贴近实时的数据做出理性的分析和决定。作为供应链管理中重要的环节，采购管理不仅是企业组织生产的先决条件，而且是降低成本，获取利润，从而提升企业核心竞争力的重要手段。库存管理是保证正常生产准时进行的同时，将库存数量控制在最合理的范围之内，用尽少的人力、物力和财力获取最大的供给保障。 本文以天津奥的斯电梯（中国）有限公司（以下简称奥的斯电梯）为背景，重点分析了采购管理和库存管理的业务流程，分析现状和其中的问题所在。采购管理分别从国内采购和海外采购两个方面，对短周期物料和长周期进口件进行剖析，找出问题所在。库存管理分别从国内物料库存和海外物料库存展开，对组成部件细化。国内物料库存从原材料、在制品和产成品角度进行分析，海外物料库存从标准部件和非标部件角度分析，找到问题所在。针对各个部分不同的问题提出了解决策略和改进建议。 采购和库存管理理论将随着供应链管理水平的提高而不断完善，而对于不同行业采购和库存管理会有不同的方式，本文是以制造型企业为背景进行分析，希望对此类企业有一定的借鉴和帮助。
英文摘要：	With Tianjin OTIS Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as OTIS elevator) as the background, this paper focuses on analyzing the status and problems of the business process of procurement management and inventory control. The problems with procurement management are analyzed by examining short-period components and long-period imports of materials and the inventory control is dealt with through dissecting the components from a domestic and overseas view. The analysis of domestic inventory control is made from such aspects as raw materials, WIP and finished products while the overseas inventory control is analyzed from both standard and non-standard components. Proposed Solutions and recommendations for improvement are made for the problems concerning each part. With the advancing of supply chain management level, the theory of procurement management and inventory control has experienced continuous improvement. However, procurement management and inventory control of different industries enjoy diverse methods. This paper analysis the methods based on manufacturing company. The presented studies provide information that may guide and help companies of this industry.
