中文摘要：	随着经济全球化和通讯、网络技术的发展，离岸软件外包行业得到了蓬勃发展。由于人力成本相对低廉、软件产品质量具备竞争力，印度、中国、爱尔兰、以色列等国家，得到欧美客户很多外包项目，一起构成了软件外包产业链条上的承制者。随着行业的长足发展，已有许多国内外学者对该类项目的风险管理，作出有宝贵价值的研究。在这些现有研究中，主要分布在行业外外包，即非软件行业的客户外包其核心业务以外的工作。对行业内深型外包的研究分析，居于少数。此外，把客户作为风险受体，展开风险管理的研究，也是主流。所以，专用于软件行业内离岸外包项目中，承制商应对客户引致风险的理论和模型方法，尚不完善。使得承制商在管理应对这类风险时，无所依托。本研究，基于国内外学者们业已提出的软件外包项目风险管理的研究成果，结合6年工作经验，站在承制商角度，通过进行软件行业内离岸外包项目中客户引致风险的实证研究，集成了项目管理理论框架，建立了改进此类软件外包项目风险管理的模型和方案。本研究在风险管理的识别、度量、应对和监控方面，进行了全方位的改进研究，建立了此类型项目风险管理的全过程改进模型和方案，并论证了有效性和科学性。具体得出了迭代开发工作流程图及其在风险管理过程中的应用方法、具有迭代开发特征的项目的五阶段风险度量和应对的变化规律、监控阶段的风险管理缺陷报告行动监控网等等。本研究期望能为此类型外包项目的风险管理，在未来建立完善最优方案，提供价值。
英文摘要：	With the development of the economic globalization, communication and network technology , offshore software outsourcing industry has been booming. Because labor costs are relatively low, the quality of software products are competitive, India, China, Ireland, Israel and other countries, earn many opportunity to contract with European and American customers, and constitute the software outsourcing industry chain together. With the rapid development of the industry, there are many scholars of risk management area from home and aboard, having made valuable study on this class of project. These current studies are mainly about the outsourcing from outside software industry, that customers outsource non-core business outside of their work. The research and analysis of in-depth type of outsourcing from software industry, are in a minority. In addition, the risk management research for customer being as a risk receptor is the main stream. Therefore, the model of risk management theory and methods which are special for contracted providers to manage the risk caused by customers during the offshore outsourcing project in the software industry, are not perfect. It makes contracted providers confused in managing such kind risk This study, based on the domestic and foreign scholars’ researches of project risk management for software outsourcing industry, combined with six years of work experience, standing in for the system provider’s point of view, through the empirical studies of project risk caused by customers in the software offshore outsourcing industry, integrated theoretical framework of project management, establish an risk management model to improved this class of software outsourcing project and program’s risk management. In this study, make a comprehensive research on risk management, with respect to identification, measurement, response and monitoring. It intends to establish a models to make a full range of improvements for the whole process of project risk management, and demonstrate it effective and scientific. It is expected of this study to provide help for this type of project risk management, and be valuable in the future to establish a sound program.
