| 中文摘要: | 航空工业是现代工业和科学技术发展的结晶,是一切航空活动的基础,是一个关系国家经济命脉和安全的高技术产业,具有高知识、高技术;高投入、高风险并存和高附加值等产业特征。航空工业具有极强军事价值和国防意义,同时也兼具社会经济价值和国际政治价值。一个国家航空工业的强大与否是衡量其国际竞争地位的一个重要标志。我国的十二五规划将航空工业定位为战略产业,给予政策和资金上的大力支持,航空工业目前正处于历史中一个难得的发展机遇期。对于我国航空工业企业而言,一定要把握外部机遇,充分发挥自身长处,补充企业短板,获得企业的竞争优势。 本文首先,通过五力模型对我国的航空工业行业进行分析,认真研究了现阶段我国航空工业的行业形势,并对照国际上其他国家航空工业的发展现状寻求启示。接下来应用SWOT矩阵分析了中航工业沈飞在面对不同的外部条件和内部环境组合下,面对的战略选择,提出了沈飞公司必须要在扩大主营产品收入,提高新产品研制能力,加强高端人才队伍建设等方面加大投入,尽快获得竞争优势。随后,本文利用平衡计分卡这一战略管理工具对前面得出的总体战略目标进行目标分解和责任落实,设计出了中航工业沈飞的平衡计分卡,并对战略执行过程中的组织建设和企业信息化问题进行了研究。本文的五、六两章对战略协同下的企业组织和文化建设以及基于战略为中心的企业业务流程再造等内容做了细致研究。 本文应用了五力模型、SWOT矩阵、平衡计分卡、企业流程再造等多种管理理论和工具,从战略管理的整个过程深入浅出,力争拨开企业的表层直面最真实的企业现状,提出解决问题的方法。本文提出的核心思想是,中航工业沈飞在以战略为中心进行企业建设的过程中,其组织建设,企业文化建设以及业务流程再造都应以企业的战略设定,战略执行和战略协同为中心,各个要素之间也有着密切的有机联系。本文的观点对中航工业沈飞的战略管理实施有着指导意义,同时对我国航空工业其他企业也具有极强的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The aviation industry is the development of modern industry and science and technology, the crystallization of all aviation activities are based, are a lifeline of national economy and security of high-tech industries with high knowledge, high-tech; high investment, high risk and high value-added and other co-exist industrial characteristics. Aviation industry and defense with a strong sense of military value, but also both social and economic value and the value of international politics. A strong aviation industry or country is a measure of its international competitive position is an important symbol. Twelve Five-Year Plan of China's aviation industry will be positioned as a strategic industry, providing policy and funding support, the aviation industry is currently in the history of a rare opportunity for development. The core idea of this paper is to fly the aircraft industry in Shenyang as the center for strategic business development process, their organizations, corporate culture and business process reengineering, business strategy should be to set strategy for the implementation and strategic coordination center, between the various elements of a close organic contact. This point of view of the aircraft industry to implement the strategic management of SAC has a guide, while other enterprises of the Chinese aviation industry has a strong reference. | |
